Very bad and rough behaviour of security guard at store.We are regular coustmer of v mart burdwan but today we get very rough behaviour from security guard at entrance of store.We reached with family on 7.45pm at store , but at entry guard very roughly said store is closed. We request for entry and assure come back in 10 min. But he did not allow us to enter. We ask to call store manager but he told no manager is there and store closed and you dont go in side. We again request him to get entry and told that we are regular coustmer, but he did not permit us to go inside and not call any senior person to talk.kindly please take this issue seriously.

The place is quite crowded especially in this Puja Season. They are checking temp and providing sanitization at the entrance. But inside that much social distancing is not maintained.

They dont know how to behave with customers. at first the duty of the Manager ti teach them behaviour. 20september i hv brought a dress of 1000. today I went their to change that. its worth is 800. I told them to retun my 200. But they insult meI want to know whats the rule thak I could not get my exchange rupees back?? they insist me to brought another dress and they insult me so much.I want to know the answer from the higher authorities

Wide range of products are available here. While the Gents section belongs to the Ground Floor the 1st floor is for the Ladies and Kids. More importantly all the products are available at affordable price. Garments are displayed in a nice way.

Earlier this place used to have a nice collection of clothes. But nowadays clothes in men section are not as good as earlier once specially mens tshirts and shirts. The lower section for the men are pretty much.But the clothes for the females are as good as it was earlier.

Position of this mall is in good place. Winter collection and other collections are huge in quantity and good enough in ranges and quality. The behaviour of the sellsboys and girls should more customer friendly.

Wide range of garments for all section of people. But very poorly managed. Lot of rush , cash counter s are very less and slow, often products are found with mismatched price tag and counter person are relluctanct to change of help in this regard. They should learn from other big retail stores how to manage and satisfy a customer.

Not so good place. Though it has many collections, the racks are too close and thus during rush time it looks like a crowded fish market. The AC inside the store doesnt work properly for which the place stinks with the smell of sweat. We went to shop here infant clothing and found that price range is on the higher side in comparison with big bazaar.

It is said that the item will not be changed if the number is not given. A customer in front of me refuses to give the number, you are obliged to give the number. Please go to the police station or the Consumer Forum wherever you wish. Other v mart shop is good but burdwan branch is rubbish. They are prody not good behaviour if you arguments maybe they can beat you. All are saying we are local people we can do anything.
