Delivery was delayed by 2days. But they did a great job, to deliver to my location tho my location was not serviced....

People there r helpful but the facility need a structural revamp...its in very odd location with odd entrance.. Hope they fix this.. Delivery speed is average..

They do not have any contact number i called bluedart customer care they said that they were unable to locate my address is it not humorous its a courier service in burdwan and do not know the place properly,my shipment is delayed by one week so embarrassing i need to call the customer care thousand time and each time they ask for landmark though it is mentioned in the shipping address do bad service i have not experienced such a bad service before I cannot contact the local delivery centre very bad worst courier service cannot find a address properly i have booked many things earlier but never heard that location undetectable SO MUCH ASTONISHING giving the same address they even do not call if they did not find my location IT IS DELAYED BY ONE WEEK I HAVE WORK BUT STILL...PLEASE CONTACT ME AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE AND GIVE MY DELIVERY QUICKLY I AM WAITING

They are providing quite good service. It is situated opposite side of HP Petrol Pump. It would be better to understand that it is near about Hero Honda Two Wheeler Show Room. This information regarding location of this courier would be more easy to understand whose are not familiar with different roads of Burdwan. We all are for the all.
