It is a govt office. from the view of Public/School - it is the source of money. From the view of Administration - It is the source of human resource. Because any type work can be easily done by the staffs of SSM. There are most trusted and capable young staffs.

From last few months due to non-co-operation with staff, Continuous disbelieve & disrespect on staff by the DPO makes the office environment most unhealthy. Nowadays authority thinks staffs like slave. They forced to do large work load without giving required time. This is truly unexpected to an employee. A team leader is most important for any organization; unfortunately there is a boss rather a team leader. Joyful office environment of this office is totally destroyed by the present authority willfully. Continually it is destroying the fame of District Project Office, Sarva Shiksha Mission, Bardhaman. SSM have got best officers here for last years, but unfortunately we have got WORSE officer now. Present DPO Swaradwati Choudhury is totally good for nothing.
