Reasonable prices, Greater variety of products, Not air conditioned but the ventilation system is commendable, polite and helpful staff, proper sanitization and safety, well lit place and surroundings, ample space for parking, emergency exit lights, each aisle marked with adequate aisle markers which are visible from far make it a pleasant shopping experience.

Now it is opened ...Our 2nd store in burdwan and the biggest one and even bigger than big bazar.. you can get every items related to home and kitchen ..Located just beside of alisha bus stand ...Came on first day , and there were huge queue at their 10 cash counters..I love to shop from more store where I go. Literally , Im a monthly shopper from more supermarket parcus road but this hyper mart , much more bigger than their supermarket and equipped with huge free parking space .. hope to visit soon again for next shopping .Update - Home delivery is now started from 27/04/2021

Spacious and well stocked store. Prices are reasonable, too. Has its own parking lot for both automobiles and two-wheelers. It is hot inside during afternoons. May be the authorities would consider air-conditioning the store before next summer.

Had good experience shopping here until the last time where one of staff in stationary section behaved rudely.I was searching double sided gum but concerned staff first did not hear after knocking 3 to 4 times then aggressively said NO IDEA.Also, most staffs are very reluctant helping customers.I do shop regularly in More Megastore in Bangalore since last last 10 yrs. Never experienced anything like this. Require more professional behavior from Staffs and customer service.

Mostly food items with good discount. Clothing isnt that good. Kitchen essentials are good. You will love shipping here. Very large space. The only problem is you have to wait a bit for billing as usually it has queue.

It is one of the shoping center in burdwan town and located in near Alisha Bus stand, it is very cheap for peoples for and new style center , but in summer hot and worm wind inside the shoping complex.

Very sorry say tht this kind of mart shopping center they have no air conditioning service ... whn evr I went thr felt too much hot n suffocated.... and sometime I had conversation with other coustomers In Queue say said the same thing.... so hypermart authority should do set up Central AC for coustomers health n pleasure.....

Totally unorganized, there is no air-condition. Temperature is very high. Billing person is very polite but there is no helpers.. they need to more update..

The behaviour of the staff is very rude. One of the staff named Santu behaved very badly.Due to his negligence,the seal of the oil containers tampered and they have spiller over.I have already lodged a complaint but no response has yet arrived.The local grocery shops are even more humble and caring to deliver the products.The discount offered by them is just to hoodwink the customers.
