I do not recommend! The location is good. The receptionist is nice. BUT the rooms are so dirty, the walls and floors are so old and dull. All the furniture is dirty and old. The bedrooms doesnt have wardrobe. The bathrooms are dirty and some small stuff are broken.And on top of that it is very expensive compared to other hotels nearby.

Lovely receptionist, huge rooms, fridge inclided. Would be nice to have hot drinks easily available at night but other than that its great here.

We did not like much about this hotel. Our apartment had two rooms and a bathroom. One of the room(living room)had a small useless kitchen (no vessels) and also had mold on one of the walls. The mold smell was terrible so we ended up not using this room. I bet nobody could stay there more than he could keep their breath so I won’t take the time to write about how dirty this room was. The second room(bedroom) had air you could breath and working air conditioning. It had a decent size bed composed of 4 mattresses 2 on top 2 on bottom stacked with no frame but still comfortable. The sheets were old, dirty, whit hair all over, some sort of white with yellow/brown stains as decoration.. plus a bonus blanket with blood stains..really grose. When we asked for new sheets the cleaning lady told us in a mix a Bulgarian and body language that those sheets are washed and after we’ve insisted she brings an equally stained new sheet. There was a good size dressing full of stains of course. A nightstand where you could write your name in the dust. The floor was dirty and stained as well. The quality of the furniture was decent but it seemed like everything was installed improperly (doors,windows,etc.) The bathroom was good size with decent size shower cabin, fortunately there was no unpleasant smell but still dirty and the floor in shower had a hole that was poorly repaired. The all inclusive food and drinks was on the same low level as the hotel. Most of the food was looking disgusting as the dirty food trays. They had like six type of foods.. and two types of salads..pretty much the same things every day for five days. At least the breakfast was exactly the same every morning. The only thing you could eat was boiled eggs. The coffee was soluble/ instant. One type of some sort of colored water that they were calling juice. They had a small lobby bar where they served beer and some cheap looking local alchoolic drinks(no cocktails) when you could find the barman.None of the staff members (all five of them) were wearing uniforms, not even the laidy at the reception, the only one who could speak english. They were all eating among the hotel guests. They had two old people whit janitor looks that were cuffing in their hands then handling the food with no protection whatsoever.Not a place for smokeres as they only had like three ashtrays and you never could find one available.Not a place for swimming pool lovers as they only had a tiny one, maybe suitable for children.I cannot recommend visiting this hotel as they made our vacantion uncomfortable and disgusted us.Bonus just for fun :|The main apartment room door had no peekhole but you could see the hallway directly to the door side.. not like you needed one.. the cleaning lady was entering the room whitout knocking anyway :)

Do not trust the fake reviews the hotel is a total fallout! Not worth it to waste money here. Food and drinks are total trash. Service is shi*. Even if this place was given away for free I would not stay in there again.

When we arrived I was horrified by the missing dishes, everywhere dust especially in the WiFi cabinets only works at the reception.

There were only good impressions of the stay! The hotel is comfortable, with a swimming pool for adults and separately for children. The room was in good condition, with sea views, comfortable beds, towels changed on time and cleaned. From the hotel to the sea 3 minutes walk. Have a wonderful rest!)

Fresh towels, four meals a day, their own pool and friendly staff are cleaned every day. Wonderful area sandy beach shallow sea warm water and sand dunes conquered me ...

Super !!! Great vacation, near the sea, dunes, excellent food, a huge room with a kitchen, and with a balcony, overlooking the sea, and the old town of Nessebar. Thanks to the nice staff !!!
