I bought a mobile phone from there... That was good experience but few days ago I go for to buy Aquaguard.... But some of their stuff behavior was not so good such as their prices have no limit for example today some product price is 15000 ,then when you get to buy that same product on next day it will be 16000 ...so this is not fare ...

Once it happened to be the numero-uno electronic retailer in burdwan. But, it is no surprise that they are not in that position, owing to its owners arrogance. He will welcome you with open arms when you enter into his shop buying something. But, when you encounter a problem regarding the item, he will just treat you like another stranger. You will keep running from pillar to post and he will show no intention to break the impasse. He will never admit any fault from their sides. The technians sent by them are no less arrogant than the owner. Think twice before buying something from them and so will I.

Good stock but not so friendly behaviour. Always they try to keep distances form their end . I think this is not a professional approach. Showroom is too big and variety is good. If people want to buy from a big store in near bus stop its perfect. I gave them one star for their location and one star for stock. Thay accept card but their was varius limitation and boundation.

Joy Electronics is cheating customers, worst service, selling products at MRP. A few months back I bought a tab and they charged at MRP, and later I found the product is sold at different stores at 40-45% discount on MRP. They are cheaters

They sell products at higher price. They charge extra amount when one make purchase on EMI, and they doesnt provide a valid invoice (they provide cash receipt for that excess amount paid). When somebody asks them to provide some discount, that always says, if we sell the product, we will make profit around 500-600( depending on the product but always not more than RS 1000). And one more thing that shocked me, that is, they charge different price in their different branches.
