It is quite, green place, with a big premium rooms, comfortable beds, TV, private bathrooms. I like it very much, but the main entry at the top of the hill, too hard to go walking for closest grocery. Now it is more quite, then usually, cause a Russian package tourists. For couples, romantic vacations - very nice place for good prices

Please arrange WiFi in rooms as there is no network for phones in anjuna area.Overall it was good

Worst place. Worst Hospitality. Manager is not polite. They will even charge you for the water.I booked this place for 3 days and just stayed there for 3 hours.Loads of Network issues and WI-FI is not available.Look for another property...do not book this one.

This is located approx 2 km from Anjuna beach.Best landmark is German Bakery. Its situated at the topmost part of Anjuna so you may experience climbing mountain if you are walking. Roads are closed after this resort. Cool n calm place with fresh air. Good place if you love greenery. Individual cottage with duplex options are also available.Free breakfast with multiple options are available. Quality of breakfast is good. Room service n housekeeping are available. Restaurant is closed permanently so for lunch n dinner you hv to go outside with is not walkable distance. Wifi is available but only at reception area. This was our 2nd visit here we got discount and good gesture here hope to get the same in future.. Keep it up.. All the beat..

Interest place on the hill with a large separate holiday homes. Due to pandemic this place, which was worked with Russian tourists by quotes, was empty, like a lot of same hotels !

I really liked the place. Anjuna Beach is around 1.5 km far from this place, kind of walkable from this place. Hotel is a bit far to walk in sun. Regarding the hotel, it is spacious hotel with trees and everything. We stayed at cottage rooms, rooms were big and spacious, clean on the surface, cozy balcony, cassy interiors. Owner and staff were polite. Breakfast was complementary. One thing I should say. Rooms appeared cleaner on the surface. But I felt like bed and other things needed proper cleaning. Since it is a beach property, it tends to get more dielrty, so needs to be kept clean often. That would be my suggestion. Overall a pleasant stay. If they keep it clean then no doubt it would serve as a memorable stay

Me and the 6 girls I was travelling with were greeted with care by entire team. Because we were 7 girls visiting Goa for the first time, Mayur (Manager) helped us find taxis and recommended good places to visit. One of my friend has health issue so one of the employee took his own scooty to help my friend go to the beach. I have never seen such good hospitality anywhere. If you like being around nature its a must visit.

Nice place in north Goa..Staff is cooperative ..rooms are neat and clean..some rooms have a pool view..the pool is also clean..ambience is good..peaceful place...Breakfast buffet is fine..they arrange for candle light dinner by the pool...food was good..rooms service was good..German bakery is near by..also Anjuna beach is close by..you can try once if you are looking for a peaceful place close to Anjuna.

The resort is 1 km from the beach. It is very peaceful, neat and clean. The best thing about this restaurant is the hospitality. Mr. Mayur has been a wonderful host. Will visit soon.

When we first arrived in Goa it felt a little weird driving into the hillside and away from the beaches, but we were so extremely happy that we did! The Nirvana Hermitage is a wonderfully relaxing resort. Its a boutique hotel with very unique spacious roomsWe were at the end of an extensive tour around the northern parts of India and in need of some R&R - originally thinking this would have been in a beach resort. The staff were all incredibly friendly and we barely moved from our resort, other than a day trip to the northern beaches which we found all too frantic, and a shopping trip into Panaji. The pool was fabulous, the resort peaceful and the breakfast served to us was just woow yummy...

We were in Goa for a weekend and loved this beautiful place. We are not into the party scene so especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of Nirvana Hermitage.. Food was yummy. Our room was spacious and beautiful.. Did not swim in the pool but it was lovely. . Perfect for a romantic weekend away from the big cities. We loved this place. Will come back for sure..

It was an amazing experience staying at The Nirvana Hermitage. We were an all girls gang and we felt safe around the property and the staff. The hospitality and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend to other friends!

Liked this place. the room had breakfast inclusive, which was good. They had fair bit of variety as the had an Indian, Continental, Eggs Cereal etc. The room was comfortable. The property needs some upgrades. Swimming pool although was being cleaned every morning didnt have the cleanest feel. Very quite & peaceful place. But the best was the staff. Tina who manages the hotel is a really wonderful host. Very helpful and that has also rubbed on to the staff. since we were in North Goa spending time at the resort was not high on the priority as against visiting places. This resort was certainly value for money .

Amazing place where you can spend your own time peacefully. Anjuna beach is very near to this place. Host will guide you in all aspects and arrange bikes for your rounds. Rooms are old but clean. Morning you get delicious breakfast and you have to arrange lunch, dinner and beer yourself.Overall I recommend this place...

The stay as usual was good. This is my 3rd visit to Nirvana and the staff as always is been good to its guests. Well maintained rooms and well surved morning breakfasts are something that youll like about Nirvana. The pool was little less maintained this time though, may be it was my off season visit. All in all it was pretty awesome. Just about 100mtrs down the alley youll find the most famous German Bakery. Nice locality. Hope youll have fun too.

Really good place, in anjuna, good rooms, ac, etc, bit expensive, so negotiate. in reality nothing works, but it will get fixed, when you dont habe iondian groups there, it s very quiet and pleasant. no restautrant, but some ver basic breacfast, well in the room.but then not easy get something proper in anjuna

Had been to this place for two days recently.Not a good experience at all*The only good thing about this place is 5he actual property, good spacious rooms and lots of greenery. staff is polite.But, * the road that leads to the resort is very bad, with no lights at night , very spooky and eerie .Feels very unsafe at night,especially for family.*The beach feels from the reviews thats its too near, but its not, you have to depend on bike or car to reach there, walking there is too far. and that beach at night is NOT for family with children.*The complementary breakfast was also bad, only two options are available which are bread omelette ( with very dry and stale bread ), and one more like poha which is different but one every day.* The pool isnt that maintained ,kids pool did not have water as it wasnt cleaned.*The bathtub looked very old and looked uncleared as it had permanent stains on it. The geyser only gave you lukewarm water even after 1hour of keeping it on. When enquired about it ,was told, its in perfect condition and only us have complained about it!!!!!!* The extra things which were taken were charged way too much ( even small things like ironing)

This place is so nice you dont want to go anywhere! They have very nice rooms with several cooling systems, a swimming pool and a lot of flowers and trees on the territory of the hotel, which makes it one big and beautiful photoarea. And you can order meals anytime, which will be cheaper than eating out. Highly recommend! Good luck!

I stayed at Nirvana Hermitage from 25th Dec to 28th Dec. I was little scared after reading review comments but it was very good resort. If you are looking for peaceful stay at hilltop, close to nature then I bet you wont regret your decision. Morning breakfast contains 5-6 options - mix of North Indian, Maharashtrian, fruits, milk cornflakes, juice and bread butter jam. Resort staffs were very polite and responsive. Service and food was very good. We mostly ate dinner in the resort. Pool was also good but I didnt use it (prefer to spend time at beach). Bedroom was very big with huge terrace. Bed was comfortable and large enough for 2+1. For the first time visiter, take left 100 to 150m before reaching Goa Ark Restaurant. It is a small lane and wall is painted with German Bakery over it. Follow the route for 500m to 600m and at hilltop you will find the resort. Internet and mobile network is very poor in those area. This resort is very good for family and honeymoon couple but those who want to enjoy night life should stay near Titos lane baga.Just a suggestion to resort owner. They should built kids play area and kids care facilty. Make them chargeable. This will generate revenue for them and parents like us could enjoy night life without any tension.

The resort is very secluded and unconventional and uncorporotative they denied us check in with a prepaid reservation just because it was cheaper then there expectation. Visited pool while waiting for refund it was very dirty. Never saw room so can not comment.

The only good thing about the hotel is its spacious rooms and property. *Please please do not go with the good location goof! its not an ideal place for family location wise. its too inside off the main road, the way going to the resort is very eerie, at night time, there are no lights, you cannot see a thing!!!!*Bad complimentary breakfast, only one option like poha, every day or very dry and stale bread and butter. not at all good. *The beach is too far, not at all 5 min as shown,but if you think you can walk there, its too far away. if you take a bike you need to pay 30 rs. for one hour parking and 100rs for car parking, just to step on the beach, and the road towards the beach is very bad, especially for family* When we visited the bathtub looked very bad as it has got permanent stains on it. geyser gave you only Luke warm water, when enquired they said, no one else complained!!! also the swimming pool is not maintained, kids pool was not even cleaned.* Anything taken extra was charged way too much.* The staff is good and polite

This is a dream ResortWild and Fruit bearing trees with vantage view that too in a Resort in Goa??? is nothing more than a dream we could have asked for. Staff were very helpful. This hotel is located on a hill side and thus gave you quite ups and downs along with peaceful, soothing and greenery environment.The staff is very courteous and supportive in all aspects. They even arrange the local amenities like cabs, rental bikes etc.The only limitation / challenge is the WiFi/Internet availability. So if you are thinking of Internet over there, better to think again.Enjoyed the stay!!!

Disgusting...........People have good property, not properly maintained, service is dam bad. swimming pool closed for maintenance, Repeated Snacks menu and didnt have quality. At the time of booking talking very nicely. But when you going to complaining regarding amenities mgt talking arrogantly.We had paid to them 10k advance booking at the time check out final bill settlement was Rs 8800. Balance Rs 1200 not refunded till date. Giving reason there a/c person is on leave. Last week i got a call from them and said we will not process your refund because negative review posted in trip adviser.kindly note to all visitors to nirvana they dont have the business approach. I request to all please do not prefer Nirvana

Best Resort Near Anjuna Beach.I had visited this resort with my family in Jan 2020. We were stayed there for celebrating New Year. It was great experience. Hotel ambience is excellent. They have made some renovation in the hotel. Food quality is awesome. We enjoyed Playing Snooker Game in the Hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful and Polite. Resort is very close to Anjuna Beach.Anjuna beach offers beautiful view of ocean with least crowd around, it does not offer water activities but it is serene, peaceful.

Mr.Mayur is a wonderful host. The place is neat and clean.

Totally dissappointed with the services and the staff, who was not at all cordial. Specially Mr. Mayur, the reception manager, who didnt had any mannerisms to deal with the customers. He was too rude with the Indian customers, and was only receptive to foreigners. Breakfast was below satisfactory. Never expected this breakfast in Goa. Pool was not at all clean and moreover the room service number was not even working. The manager even failed to provide any additional amenities such as cab, etc, and showed tantrums in providing basic facilities.

Nice and quaint resort on top of a hill. Right next to German Bakery, which remains closed in off season. Decent clean rooms overlooking endless forests and the sea in the horizon.The front office staff, Ms Tina was very responsive and cheerful. Lots of suggestions towards checking out places around the village.The breakfast was very average. The pool was decent , clean and enjoyable.The location of Nirvana was nice, about 10 min walk away from the village main road. Quiet, but close enough to most places if interest.Very value for money resort!

Location is the best and the only good thing about this place. Its a 2 min walk from German bakery and a 10 min walk from the beach.On the room front, every single thing in the washroom was yellowish white including the towels which made me quite disgusted. The bed was clean and the room had a big balcony.The complimentary breakfast is just average. Will recommend to someone who isnt very keen on bathroom hygiene as the location is really really good.

Spacious property in Anjuna, near to the flea market as well as other eatery joints and the beach too. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast options were limited and not that great. Rooms were good, spacious with huge balcony. Bathrooms werent that clean or well maintained.

On a small hilltop near Anjuna beach, NH is a serene place to stay at. Dont rely on Google maps to reach there as Google fails to help u reach there. If u intend to take help from Google Maps, use German bakery as ur destination place. Nicely located, nice clean spacious yet pretty basic rooms and cool environment itself is a pleasure to cherish over. Couple of nights over there is good enough to rejuvenate yourself...

Really a good stay. I am satisfied with this hotel and its services. The managed all the services very smoothly and decently. I had a good accommodation which was nicely maintained. Overall i would say i didnt face any issues during my stay.

The worst management not at all cooperative but good hotel and far from city. Do not prefer if you dont have your own vehicle as it is in jungle no transportation facility. Dont expect anything from management. Breakfast will be served only after 9.30 strictly till 10 am

Average rooms, shabby pool area, run down bathrooms. They just serve buffet breakfast that closes by 11 or before.Overpriced overall.Had to stay there one night because of some unavoidable circumstances. The manager seemed helpful until he told us breakfast was over 10 mins before the mentioned closing time, while we were supposed to check out. His argument was that the place was frequented by Russians, who like to go around, sight see and just come to crash. After some arguing he did agree to make us some eggs and toast.

1st thing u shud know is the location is in the middle of jungle. There is no direct access from main road. You have to go through dark zigzag undeveloped road for about 10 mins from the main road. Once you are in the place seems safe. Rooms are really good with balcony and privacy. Food and alcohol of the resort is at very affordable price comoared to shacks on the beachside.

Must say I was rather looking forward to staying here, the pictures were very deceiving. First things first, they need to inform guests about how to actually get to this location, GPS makes you go thru a forest to get here. Very remote location, so not worth it if you dont have your own vehicle. Deluxe Cottage was hardly deluxe, just a basic room with a bed. There are definitely cheaper and better options towards Baga/Anjuna side.

The hotel is very far from the main road and doesnt have the feel of a 3 star property. For ~..per night, one would expect a lobby where staff are not sleeping on the ground in the night. Also, restaurant is poorly maintained - needs a repaint and refurbishment to be charging such prices.

If you love peace and greenery, this is perfect place, though it doesnt have any near by market But if you have a plan to visit goa for 4-5 days, give this place atleast two days More suitable for monsoons, hotel service is good, staff is good, food also good, they provide free breakfast and is of good quality and service Perfect for family or get-togethersOnly drawback is its too far from market else everythings fine
