DO NOT USE THIS BANK. THEY ARE UNBELIEVABLY INEFFICIENT AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL. I SENT Rs30,000 FROM THE UK TO AN ACCOUNT AT THIS BRANCH ON 16 DECEMBER AND I PAID AXIXS FEE OF Rs1190 FOR IT TO ARRIVE IN 2 DAYS. TODAY IS 4 JANUARY AND THE MONEY HAS STILL NOT BEEN CREDITED - AND THE MANAGER JUST KEEPS TELLING US TO WAIT!! THE MONEY IS NEEDED IN GOA FOR URGENT MEDICAL TREATMENT - WHICH HAS TO BE DELAYED BECAUSE OF THESE LOST FUNDS. AXIS JUST DONT CARE! I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW BANK STAFF CAN KEEP THEIR POSITIONS WHEN THEY CANT DO THEIR JOBS! TRULY DISGRACEFUL.TODAY IS 11 JANUARY AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGER. THE AXIS FEE FOR THE FUNDS TO ARRIVE IN TWO DAYS IS Rs1190. TRANSFERWISE CHARGE Rs 117 - AND THE TRANSFER IS IMMEDIATE - TAKES AROUND 13 SECONDS!!!! WHY WOULD ANYBODY EVER USE AXIS BANK?

The staff is very approachable and helpful. I have always received prompt and courteous service. The manager Shabnam has always provided exceptional service and professional investment advise.

#Staff is very Polite and kind in their behaviour, but Manager called Shabana over there has very bad in her behaviour to handle customer and has attitude in her tone of voice and shout on customers as if shes the owner of the Bank and feels simply trouble to accept deposit cheque and think its a waste of time...Her attitude not appreciated at all. Need a change.

Rubbish Bank. no one really helps you out, they rather focus on getting their ulterior motive taken care of. Dont ever go to this bank. Dont trust the staff one bit, if you are smart.

Lousy staff at times who dont care customers. If they can pass the buck they will. No approach to customers to get their problem resolved. Just sit back and relax or try to hunt them away with excuses.
