This shack is situated on Baga beach. Not as crowded as the other shacks around. This was the primary reason we decided to sit here.The food was good. We ordered Calamari Butter Garlic and French fries. Reasonably priced with good quality food.You can visit here for some relaxed time on the beach.
We normally do not eat that the beach with a lot of expectations when it comes to the food quality. But this hotel was a complete surprise. The food was awesome. The service was cordial. We are definitely going back the next time.

Love the food here and also the drinks. It is amongst the calmest shack in baga. Amidst of all the noise and loud music coming from other shacks, you can enjoy the sound of the sea waves along with scrumptious food and drinks.

We had Veg Makhanwala and Dal Tadka with naan at this place. Also masala papad. Everything was super good. If you can ignore the loud music, the food and dimly lit ambience is quite good here
Simply the best. I have been Coming to the Shining star for 18 years. Always made very welcome by Sam and his family. The food is just fantastic especially the wonderful fresh fish. Monday night sea food barbecue is a must and I have to mention Raj as he gives us fantastic service every time. Great team. Best in town.

Quite a nice place to hangout with your friends here on Baga beach.The food and drinks menu are really cool. They have hooka option as well.The seating is comparatively closer to the beach, so you get a nice view and ambiance.The staff are quick and prompt in getting our orders.The food tastes really great.And coming to pricing- for 6 people and full stomachs we paid around 4-5k.

Went there seeing the good reviews. Food was really good and reasonable rates, whatever we had ordered was good. Service staff was good . A simple shack and a ordinary ambiance and value for money , if you are on Baga Beach. We went there after a few drinks so had only food. Good location next to Brittos. Food is also served in the beach with a canopy . We had to go in as it was raining ( month of July).

I prefer South goa over North Goa as North Goa crowd pisses me off. Having said that , this place offers you real value for money. Great food in terms of quality & quantity both.But too much crowd & loud music around is a real mood spoiler. Do visit this place if you are in Baga...
I think the map location is wrong. I ardently wanted to visit the restaurant but in vain. I tried to search with given map location but it led me to wrong directions.
A comparatively smaller shack on the baga beach, the place serves delicious food. Their mocktails are also great, do try their iced triple. Its a great place to chill, overlooking the sands and sea.
I didnt like the behaviour of the staffs. Look like they doesnt like Indians as the amount paid by American s are quite high. The quality of the food is also not that great. Just have some food, seat over there , pay the amount and leave. Thats all I would say.. this kind of attitude is not at all good and also acceptable.

Its rare to get everything in one plate but this place is just perfect to visit. We were there for 3 days, after being tired whole day we use to go daily to this place. Awesome food, sweetest staff, too good environment. Made my trip worth. Maruti Anna is too cute ♥️ Must visit

Nice beach side place. Very reasonable on pocket. Tasty food and a very cordial staff. Had 3 full beers (Budweiser magnum), chilli chicken & finger chips with a bill of only 900.Recommended

Food and service was excellent
They have a huge menu, and the food tastes superb. Though I had only one dinner, I wanted to come back for more to try out the menu. The tables on the sand is lovely. They also have a small dance floor and play good music too.

I like this place very much. I went straight 4 mights to thos shack. Very nice waiter Maruthi. Reasonable prices and food also tastes very good. We like more chicken Paratha which we ate every night.

If you are planning to have just food.... then this is the best place in Baga beach. Just sit and enjoy the sun set at the beach with their Grt food. But if you are planning to have drinks ..then stay away from them. They serve duplicate alcohol. My friend had a beer and I had Bacardi rum. Both were duplicate.

Among the hundreds of beach shacks available, many have upscaled while others are downright outrageous in service and prices.This one is one of the few which service well as well as provide much better quality, quantity.I wouldnt recommend ordering any expensive alcoholic beverage on the shacks.Sea food is good though. And yes as expected food is spicy.

Awesome food, great service and a fun time. Ashok took great care of us and we had such a great time that after walking the beach, clubs, etc. through the day and night we returned three times for meals, drinks and great conversation. Ashok speaks Kannada, Hindi, English and casual Russian. I was so impressed with him and well return to see him next trip!!

Good place to eat seafood, decent and cooperative staff
Went there yesterday for having Goan king fish fry and what I got in return was a complete package of disappointment. They gave me a tiny one fish chopped in few pieces with Goan curry instead of the King fish fry which I ordered. On asking for explaination what I got is a bunch of sorry as a souvenir. On forcing for replacement they just kept chanting sorry with denial.Later, I had to pay for something which I didnt order also, pay for something which was not worth even 300 INR. I ended up paying 1030 INR for nothing! Absolutely nothing.Thank you!
