I got a prompt and positive response, timely pick up, repairing and delivery for my laptop. It was particularly helpful during this covid time. The repair staff was cooperative and helpful. One complain though. A receipt detailing cost of items if added, replacement and service charges should have been given during delivery. The service was affordable.

I had a screen flickering problem for my Dell Inspiron 5520 15R laptop. I got my screen replaced from Reebot repair center in November 2020 at a very reasonable price (Rs. 5300). The person at the repair center was very professional, and suggested the correct screen (40 pin connection on the right side). Its been over 2 months of use & Ive no problem with the new screen, its working perfectly!I would recommend this place for value for money, and professionalism of the owner in dealing with customers. Rated 5/5Update: My laptop had an overheating issue and used to get switched off automatically while playing high end games. Fan was generating a lot of noise as well.It needed proper servicing as I hadnt gotten it done for over 3 years. So, I visited Reboot Repair for getting the servicing done. I had visited this place earlier as well to get my laptops screen changed. It took 2 hours to get the servicing done. From cleaning the parts from within to applying Thermal pasting, everything was done properly. Service charge was Rs. 800My laptops overheating problem is resolved now and Im not facing the issue of laptop getting switched off automatically upon operating high end games. Fan isnt making any noise as well. My experience with this repair center has been very good on both occasions and my problems were also resolved. I own a gaming pc - i5 9400f, rtx 2060I had a startup problem caused due to corrupted osThe mechanic formatted everything and reinstalled os in my device. He told me to install drivers by myself and charged 700 just for installing the pendriveWhile installing drivers, i got error messages stating that the drivers were not compatible with the version of osThe os installed is not meant for high end pcs. I dont know about low end ones but for rtx users, its a strict NOI asked the mechanic to come again and fix it but he ignorantly refusedI had to call another mechanic to fix up the mess. Who knows that the os might have virusesSo dont choose them, they charge high, are ignorant, inexperienced, always in a hurry and provide an old faulty copy of windowsTOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
