Nice, safe, clean and peaceful residential place especially for students who are studying in Punjab. Transportation facility is good. No disturbance from the other families living in these housefeds. If you want to book a room for studying, my opinion is go for it.

This is a walled residential address with proper security arrangements and lot of parking space. Landscaping is nice with all around greenery. Rents are reasonable.

For a small place like banur it is quite secure. The only problem is the electricity problem.

A government multistory residential building. Very good location. All basic amenities are available here. Ideal place for students to reside here.

These are only concrete buildings no facilty eg. No cameras for better securiry, no fire and safety equipment,no battery back up for lift many times i saw people stuck in lift at night duw to power cut, drinking water issue, poor maintenance of park etc.

We are not allowed to go out after 11pm which is the worst thing i ever listened.we rented a flat not a pg and i never listened that any one living in a flat cant go out after a time limit.we buyed this flat just because of that,which is now a waste of money.On thier official site 24 hours opened is written which i cant see they are following themselves.

Parking facility is on ground floor rather than underground, which is good for every resident. Parks are well planned and more vacant area for greenery or flow of fresh air. There are 3 BHK, 2BHK flats constructed. Good for servicemen & businessmen to reside as security and amenities both meet there.
