Jeevika project is a boon for poor people. It is providing employment to people in rural areas and making women self-reliant. At the event organized in the Block Auditorium on International Womens Day, the MLA said that Jeevika needs to be branded. BDO Shamshir Mallik said that there are 1300 groups in the entire block in which 16000 women are connected and the account of all is open.
