It was a comfortable stay. The staff there was extremely helpful and provided assistance by going out of the way at times of distress. Such a kind hearted treatment is rare to experience these days.

Located in the bustling lanes that lead to Pashupatinath Temple, the Mahadev Hotel is a brilliant abode to spend time in while you wait for your morning darshan. It has large windows in its room that allows you to view the nearby parks. The restaurant is also very nice as we enjoyed our food immensely during our stay there. All the food we had was on the house except for some of the room service coffee that we ordered. Would definitely recommend this place.

Nice hotel walking distance from Pasupatinath temple in Kathmandu. Staff well trained and very helpful in organizing local tours etc. Nice experience.Popular with religious tourist groups from North India. So dont expect it to be a hanging out place.

Amazing ambience of the restraunt , good quality food and service, A bit costly for some people, but otherwise they have the normal rates for indian cuisine.

Very Bad experience. booked 2-3 months in advance, and room i got was looked like hotels store room. Sheets were not cleaned, bathroom was smelly. No flipflop, no toilet rolls , no soap provided. They actually took care of the major group booking, but if small grouo of 4-5 people, they do not bother much.

Was here for 2 days for my frnd wedding. Service is bit slow. Food here is ok ok type.Only advantage is that its located near Pashupatinath .You have to nag behind Housekeeping staff to get your room cleaned.

Located just near Pashupati and Gunjeshwori Temple, the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. All the staffs and management are very helpful and will guide u throughout ur stay. The hotel rooms are reasonably comfortable and clean.There are two restaurants and my fav is one on front serving fast food. When I had stay the food was was great n one should try dosa here.Overall experience was awesome. Ill recommend this hotel to everyone. You wont regret, just be there.

A very good hotel, just 7 minutes walk to pasupatinath g temple. Its at gauri ghaat gujeswari and pasupatinath temple. Its having purely vegetarian restaurant. The food is very good non spicy. Staff is good and co operative. There is a souvenir shop, sweets shop, cosmetics and cloth shop. There is a banquet hall on 5th floor. One can arrange destination wedding also. There are 62 rooms both standard and executive.

Best Pure Vegetarian 3 Star Category Hotel near Pashuaptinath

I visited the restaurant last week and found out that the taste was not that good as compared to the price tag. Need to improve the quality of the food. Also, the main gate is always closed, so i was a little confused where to park my vehicle.

Very very good hotel for stay

It is near the main Pashupatinath temple, very well maintained well situated, however price is bit overkill for the area, not only rooms but food also, I recommend anyone who wish to have quite posh rooms and South Indian foods near the temple, visit here, otherwise you have plenty of options in Kathmandu.
