Nonhygienic! One could literally taste the dirt on food. Surrounded with dirty populated air beside road, with open kitchen, open barbecue oven. Otherwise unique food with good price has potential to grow..

Just watched the video of the renowned BIRIYANI KING OF KOLKATA Mr. Surajit Saha. He is a famous YouTuber of Kolkata. He stays in Barrackpore. He had visited Bongaon and covered this place. Its a famous food cart of also a YouTuber whose channel name is Ride And Bite. Its a kabaab Cart where you can get varieties of Chicken related items and they have also started a bun tikka. You can visit this place. You will also be satisfied and will get value for money food items.

It is a streetside food joint which is started by the famous You tube channel Ride n Bite duo Amit and Shovon. As it is a joint started by food vloggers, we expect the place to serve good food as they ought to be experts and experienced in the food bussiness and guess what, they completely live upto your expectation. Their behaviour was very polite and they were quite hospitable when I visited them. I took the following items:-1. Barbeque Chicken Drumstick- It is a chicken leg bathed in the sweet and spicy barbeque sauce and is served along with onions. Its very juicy, unique and fantastic. ❤️Pocket pinch- Rs. 602. Murg Masala Tikka- Its chicken tikka kabab with good amount of Amul butter seasoning. The chicken was soft and flavourful. With a very nice amount of smoky flavour infused. You can easily compare it with the medium budget famous restaurants in kolkata. They serve 6 huge pieces of chicken for Rs.100.3. Murg Malai Tikka- It is basically chicken reshmi kabab coming with a fancy name. The chicken was soft, fresh and juicy as always. It was good to taste. The quantity and the price is same as that of the former.4. Jumbo Leg- As the name suggests, they serve a huge chicken leg piece, entire leg, mind you with the brilliant smoky flavour and the sprinkled chat masala further adds to the taste. The jumbo leg for Rs. 90 is brilliant❤️5. Bun Tikka- THIS IS THE BEST ITEM Ive tried at the Roasted Bite. This is amazing. Within a burger bread they use barbeque sauce at the base, topped by chicken malai tikka kabab, onions and Pudina chatni at the top. This is a deadly combination. You cant just miss out on it. I was full, but had to complete this as this was so brilliant at just RS. 50.Every item is accompanied by Pudina Chatni and onions.Guys do visit this place or you shall miss out some real damn stuff!Best of luck Amit and Shovon for such brilliant service, quality, taste and hospitality. Today I have tried chicken malai kabab & drumstick.. Both are just fabulous.. Moreover the owner Amit biswas is too good too polite. Their shop is too hygienic & food quality is just heaven..fully indulged with food. Also special thanks for your concession. Best of luck for your roasted bite.

I visited this palce along with my friend in 2020 Durga Dasami evening. Got to know about this place from youtube. Without any plan traveled 33km from Chakdaha just to have some bite. Found out Road block due to pandemic, But Will gave us the Way thanks to Google map & zeal of food landed right infront of the Cart through alley ways.A year full of uncertainty and hardship, food was amongst only few cheap thrill options available for the privileged classe.(not being sarcastic to underprivileged) Roasted Bite cautiously priced its items keeping in mind peoples purchasing power.👍👍Why you should visit?1. Its a restaurant on wheels. You can get all the roasted item here at a very reasonable price and the staff and the owner was really friendly and really helpful
