Very poor service. I purchased a desktop from this shop on 05 Jun 2021of Rs 37000/-, but within 29 days SMPS was blown, I visited their shop with CPU they told me that this type of SMPS is not available at present and will have to forward iball Service Centre. Also blamed me that they warned me before purchasing this model because of unavailability, But this was totally false allegation, they didnt aware me. The sales persons cooperation was totally Zero after sell any product, but he was too much polite before sell the product. I am still awaiting for repair or replacement of the above mentioned item after two months but nothing found helpfull from their end till 29 Aug 2021.I strongly suggest every one not to purchase any item from Eldorado Bongaon , will be better if you visit Barasat and onward for good service.There is no negative rating option otherwise I will award them negative rating.

Many electronics devices are available in this store, like laptops, computers and their equipments are also available at reasonable price range. Im satisfied with their products and also their behaviour.
