The hotel service is awesome.

That is a nice place to live. There is also is Router. We shifted at there for Explore banderban. At hotel plaza there was 2 routers. But non of them was useful. The water was kind of bad and salt taste. Please fix that if you cant. But other ways the hotel was Epic.

Very old hotel. The beds are not comfortable. The toilets are not cozy though it was clean. The only good things are it has a lift which is absent in most of the hotels in Bandarban and it has hot water facilities. Oh it also serve free breakfast for its guests.

Nice hotel to stay. We were in #209 room. A/C, TV, Hot Water available.Most importantly here 24 hours electricity even they have large generator which covers 6 storied building current.In the city there are lots of electronic load shedding. But the hotel has 24/7 electricity.It has its own restaurant but you have to order meal to prepare. No pre-made food.Room to room intercom facility. A/Cs are old.Fridge available in every room. Large hotel.

Good place to stay for a couple of days. The hotel is a bit far from the main city. So, its quite around here. This is what I liked the most. The beds and blankets were very clean too. But no room service is available neither is food available here. Water heater didnt work. and I faced a peculiar issue. The walls of the rooms are really thin and doesnt provide much sound privacy. overall this seemed like a nice place to stay.

Stuffs of this hotel are very nice people. They know how to take care of the guests. The overall environment was ok, but its the people who makes the hotel fantastic.

Service is not that good, not that clean but okay, Furnitures are also of low quality. But, in other sense, in low price range, we cant expect much, Fair pricing for this. They have wifi, geyser and parking faculties. If you have low budget, this should be okay.

Reasonable cost, good restaurant and room service; but they need to develop interior furniture arrangements. Still, Ill prefer this hotel to others!

The rooms were clean as well as the bathrooms. But behave of the stuffs were not satisfying. Plus the wifi doesnt work 😂😂

So far I was pleased with their services, but suffered a bit on a day time staying, they turned off their generator, even after requesting. There are few areas need to be improved to capture good customers in future. All the best.

Hotel Plaza Bandarban situated at Near Bandarban bus stop.Good hotel. Low cost but clean. It is in main town in Bandarban city. If anyone want to stay near city, then Hotel Plaza may good choice.

It was great to find a hotel like this , so far it wasnt bad at all. Specially around midnight I needed few medicyine and all the pharmacies were already closed. So the employees from the hotel plaza helped me to get the medicines within no time.
