For cyber cafe it can be good but for laptop or desktop related sevice is very poor. They dont know how to repair any parts of computer. Please dont go there for any repairing on laptop related issues

Staffs are good but they will charge a high amount even you will do it yourself by their permission.

Silver line is good for online form fill up.But for buying a laptop it is the worst place. I have bought a windows 10 laptop but after 5 months later I came to know that it is a DOS laptop. So my all hard cash is lost.
