Cox did a great job on our roof! Rick initially explained everything clearly and was not pushy, and the workmen the day of were prompt, did a great job, and cleaned up really well. They worked so hard all day and we are so grateful!

I recommend Cox Roofing. They gave me a fair price for a quality job. They cleaned up really well when they were done and were pretty careful not to harm my trees and plants with the discarded shingle. I had many layers of old shingle on my roof that had to be removed. Rick Harris was great to work with in terms of scheduling and organizing the job, but he was out of pocket during the job. Admittedly, I had some worries during the process and wanted reassurance and a few questions answered. The crew only spoke Spanish and it was a little difficult to ask questions during the process. However, none of my concerns were a problem and it all worked out well. The job only took a few days and they did excellent work so I have no complaints. I am giving Cox Roofing 5 stars and would not hesitate to use them again! My advice: Just let the crew do their job. They know what they are doing! :)

Cox roofing replaced my roof a few years ago. It just so happened that the day before the came out we were hit with a wind storm and it ripped off the back gutter and they even replaced that at no charge, we have a townhouse and they had an extra piece that would of been hard to use on their end. We’ve had no issues and the roof still looks great 4 years later.They also just recently replaced the roof of a family members and they are extremely happy with the service and cost of the replacement. We are definitely happy customers!!

Would definitely recommend this company. I received a few estimates for my roof from other companies and just didnt feel comfortable with any of them at all. When Jimmy came out to my house for the estimate he was not pushy and explained all of my options while being very patient and understanding that I know nothing about roofs. He called me back the next day to see if there were any unanswered questions that came up after he had left and I knew then it was the right company to install my new roof.The day of my appointment the guys came ON TIME! They were very professional and polite and got right to work. I seriously thought it was going to take them a few days! I was so worried about the mess that was going to be left behind there was so much debris coming off my roof! Within two days they were all finished and packed up and you could not tell anyone was there working, but just I had a new great roof.Its been a few months now and there hasnt been any issues what-so-ever and I have received so many compliments. This was a very anxious time for me, especially with a big expense like a new roof, and they made it as quick and painless as possible and did an amazing job and the cost was very reasonable.

BLC/Cox Roofing removed the wearing surface of our existing deck, installed a new roof and reinstalled the wearing surface of our deck. They were punctual, courteous, maintained good communication throughout the Project, and quickly addressed punch list items after they completed the Project.I’d highly recommend them for future work.

Great business to work with! We received a very competitive quote to have our roof redone and they were able to work us into the schedule suprisingly fast. They had great transparency throughout the whole process with pictures and explanations. The project was completed in 1 day and they did a very good job with cleanup.

Workmanship of Cox Roofing was poor and even more disappointing is the lack of good customer service and empathy when I called them multiple times in regards to concerns of damage in the area they repaired. They never called back and when I spoke to the representative she was very short, did not want to hear my concern and the office manager was no better.

Had this company do a roof replacement about 3years a go. Had a bad leak in the getter call them to replace the gutter with a larger gutter.The work was done in a timely matter and verry happy with the work performed.Will have them come to do more work. The cost of a good roofer is worth it.

The guys who put the roof on were great. A rather complicated roof was installed all in one day and all debris was removed. The new roof looks wonderful.

I was weary of getting my roof replaced. Feared shoddy work, half work done, etc. However, these folks were very professional, calm, courtesy and showed up on time and finished the job on schedule. We hired Cox to repair/replace the both sides of the churchs pitch roof at Our Lady of Hope Church in Dundalk. They took off the old roof, added plywood, new cloth and shingles. We are talking about a roof that is 1000s of square feet! The job was done within the allotted time. The clean-up was superb! The price was 17% below the closest bid price. A most excellent result from a fantastic company.

The price estimate was thorough. I have a flat roof, so the work isnt visible from the ground. Cox provided photos of the finished job, concentrating on the special items in the work agreement. Its the first time I truly believed that I got I what I paid for from a roofer.

The Cox Roofing crew were contracted to replace some missing/bad shingles, check for other leaks, and generally winterize the roof on our home. They were on time, diligent in their work, kept us well informed of their progress and any thing that they found. They shared photos of everypart of the job. When they were done we were astonished to find that the new shingles perfectly blended with the old and no leaks thusfar!! We would definitely use Cox in the future.

I had Cox install 2 new roofs - shingles on house & flat roof on garage. I was very impressed how quick they came out to do the quote, did the work & quality of the work. 100% cleanup and the crew finished in one day. Highly recommend using them for any roofs.

Home Depot contracted them they did a horrible job that my roof caved in they used what they had to finish job because they didnt order enoigh material so thats how my roof caved and then they didnt take responsibility so t use them 1star is too much to grade

Great job laying the roof but a horrible job cleaning up the 50 plus nails from my drive way down to the sidewalk! Two flat tires thus far on one of my vehicles... not sure about the other one yet. Company claims to magnet roll the driveway... Absolutely NOT!

Entire roof replacementA month agoI was immediately impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of the staff from the estimator(Mr. Cox) whom when I called , scheduled a same day appointment. Once Mother Nature was in our favor, I received a call from Cindy scheduling a date/time the crew will start. The crew was punctual/ steady workers, everything from removing the old shingles and installing the new ones were done the same day. I was specially amazed of how they cleaned up things as they worked. The next day by email, I received pictures of the damage and what needed to be replaced. Great job!

I love this company! They always answer when I call and immediately schedule me - unlike other roofing companies who will either “call me back” (and never do) or just never answer their phone. I’ve used them twice - once to repair a siding issue and another time to replace my roof. The estimator (Rick) is always on time, professional, patient and nice. Both jobs I didn’t even have to be home for them to do the work. They took pictures of the work done and emailed them to me. This is my roofing company for life!

Mr Cox showed up promptly for an estimate on a duradeck installation. Although I wasnt able to install the product on my house, he discussed other options/solutions and didnt try upselling anything. I would feel comfortable calling him again for any future projects!

Cox roofing performed a flat roof recovery and coating in March 18. The price was the lowest on offer and following some of the heaviest rain storms in mid-May none of the old leaks have resurfaced.

Great roofers very dependable

The only other thing worth mentioning was that there was an additional charge of $300 for wood that needed to be replaced on the decking. While I was aware of this possibility when I signed the contract, it would have been nice if someone has made me aware the day they put on the new roof. I phoned the project estimator that evening, but my call was never retuI was mostly satisfied with the overall experience with Cox Roofing. They completely removed the old roofing material and applied the new roof in one day. They placed the debris in the front of my house and did a fairly good job of removing all of it. The backyard, however, I found a fair amount of debris that was not removed. I had to clean up myself.rned.

Cox Roofing personnel were very pleasant to talk with. They were able to schedule us and came on time to do the work. However the clean up afterwards was not done professionally. I was disappointed when I came home to see that dirt from our gutters was thrown around our house and steps. We even found a cigarette butt that was left in our driveway. When we filed a complaint they did have someone come out and clean it up however because it had rained the day before, most of the dirt was stuck onto our yard. We were pleased with the installment being done but not with how they took care of the clean up. Not sure if I would recommend them to friends.

They did a bad job on my roof, their customer service was the worst. I had to call them back two times for Roof leaking. The secretary has no manners. I will never use this company again, and I don’t recommend it for anyone else.
