This was my pups first time getting groomed and he had a panic attack. The staff was swift to calm him down within minutes. I appreciate the time and empathy they showed my puppy. I felt comfortable leaving him in their care. I will make sure we visit monthly so he can get acclimated. I will definitely be back.

I took my cat and the staff were very friendly and welcoming there.

I love petsmart I go here for my dog, cat and fish items especially the food. I buy all of my fish accessories and fish tank stands from here. I think the reward program could be more competitive it would make you want to buy more. I go here almost every week for all 3 of my pets and it still takes me awhile to reach rewards that I can see and that will benefit me. However, it is the best place for fish tank stands.

They really don’t care about their animals, their hermit crabs are in horrible conditions, the fish department guy seemed irritated when I was trying to teach him about hermit crab care and when I was trying to inform other people with children what great resources to learn about them, he got more irritated with me and in a way was telling people not to listen to me, like hermit crabs are not throw away pets they are caught in the wild and live 30+ years, Blame him when those crabs die and your kids cry , because you were misinformed; I was kindly trying to inform people so they can learn and have a well cared for hermit crab. Dangerous concept to teach children that a living animal is a throw away pet, I don’t teach this concept to people at my place of work.

PetSmart had some of the most professional people in the store which makes it more outstanding than any other pet store also included at this PetSmart location on route 40 East they also have a Banfield hospital which gives tremendous service to All pets I enjoyed this the most and I hope for their continued success

Everything you could possibly need for any pet but of course the pricing in ridiculously high. I window shop there and record UPC numbers of items Im interested in, then find and buy them on Amazon much cheaper.

I brought my long hair chihuahua in for grooming services with Brandi. My dog needed a low cut due to some matting. I don’t normally leave reviews but after having a bad experience with a previous grooming salon, I think it is necessary to leave good reviews when you love the service also. Checking in was quick and simple, professional staff. My dog needed a bit of work and Brandi did a excellent job, she was very informative about the service and she kept my request. My dog can tend to have a bit of anxiety but when she is treated well, she warms up. I can tell that Brandi handled her with care, as opposed to the terrible experience I have had. I definitely recommend services with Brandi !

The staff here were friendly and available however everything I came to look for was out of stock. Were I rating solely based on the staff it wouldve been 5 stars but I had to give 4 due to being unable to purchase the items I needed.

Kairo smelled good aftwr grooming. They say they brushed and spritsed his teeth but his breath smells worse than when he went in. When she was grinding his claws she couldnt do his right foot. The only reason weve seen in the past that he will stop that feom happening is if she hurt the other one. So now he has 3 paes that look good and one not so much.

My first and last grooming experience at the White Marsh location. The groomer had nothing but negative comments and also decided to change the breed of my dog in the PetSmart system. Ive only had him for 10 years! My dog has been groomed at another location and my regular groomer has always been supportive and kind to my pets. This groomer continued to tell me my dog is overweight, like I dont know. I was told my dog would be refused to be groomed since he apparently didnt stand for her while being groomed. Not all animals are the same, especially a senior dog. I have never been told there was a problem with my pet standing by my regular PetSmart groomer. May advice to this groomer, is to go back to grooming school and learn some compassion for the animals. I feel my pet reacted to your negative personality. If there was a concern, I should have been notified immediately to retrieve my pet. There could have been risk to my pet during the grooming process which would have been a liability to PetSmart.

I was kind of disappointed. They use to carry meds for pain for dogs but not anymore. I did find canine aspirin so thats something I guess

Actually my cat was a patient at Banfeilds in Pet Smart for many years and the employees there were always great with him the vet Dr G is fantastic, when he got sick and had to be put to sleep they were so caring and compassionate. They really do care.

Kayla was awesome! We took beginner training with her for our little guy and had a fantastic experience. She really goes the extra mile to make sure your pup is successful. Would 10/10 recommend her and any class she teaches! THANKS KAYLA :)

I had my dog washed and combed out. They told me that she brushed out of loose hair. When I got her out to my truck she shook off and loose hair was flying!!! I didnt expect perfection but they could have done better. When I got her home I combed her and got the rest off myself. I was disappointed, it was like a dog hair bomb went off in my truck

I went into the Pulaski HWY PetSmart on Monday, May 17th. The mask mandate in my state was lifted on May 15th. I walk into the store with myself and my two kids and was told I could not shop without a mask. There is now a vaccine for a virus with a 99% survival rate per the CDC. Why on earth would I need to wear a non-medical mask that does not prevent transmission for a virus with such a high survival rate? 99% SURVIVAL RATE. I then asked if someone could shop for me since I did not bring a mask and they were denying me entry. I was told no, we dont do that. So youre refusing service to a customer and discriminating based on underlying health conditions? This has reached a point of insanity. Those around me were wearing masks, but I was treated as if I was a walking disease because I didnt have a mask. My health is nobody elses responsibility but my own. Im perfectly healthy and should not have to suppress my airway thus suppressing my immune system to shop at your store. I will no longer spend my money at your business until you allow customers the freedom to decide what is best for their own bodies. Again, Id like to reiterate, covid has a 99% survival rate per the CDC, and youre still forcing your customers to wear masks. Where is the logic in that? There are many stores in my area that allow you to shop mask free, and I will be spending my money with them instead.

Once again. Fish bought at this store killed my whole tank some of my fish were 5 years old. They never open on time.

I understand there will be a wait to get. When I walked in the door they asked me what I needed help with. I stated I was looking to purchase some fish. The young lady at the door said she was going to get somebody to help me with that. There was a girl of bright color hair over there helping another couple out. They were not too sure of what kind of fish they were going to get. Nobody acknowledge me standing there waiting patiently. However there were 3 other associate staring at me, However nobody took the opportunity to see if I needed help. I patiently waited over 5 minutes. The young girl at the fish tank did not acknowledge me standing there. I made a decision to leave. I can assure you that I am never going back there again. Its truly sad that I can have 3 associates stare at me yet nobody could not help me. This was not the 1st time this has happened to me at this location. I can assure you it will be the last time.

The manager, Bryan is always super helpful and friendly. This location is 30 minutes away from where I live and even though there are 2 other locations much closer to me (both are awesome), Ill always go to the White Marsh store for their huge selection of toys and treats as well as the awesome staff!

Every associate I came into contact w/was super friendly & extremely friendly to my dog.

I went in for the Benfield Pet clinic they were closed early before 6 had a women already standing there for a half an hr. And they STILL WONT SEE YOU AND YOUR DOG TOGETHER. I dont want my dog sitting in a cage ALL DAY !!!!!

I love petsmart but the grooming salon at this location not so much. I’ve been to the grooming salon at 2 different locations and loved it. But this one, i went to get my puppy’s nails trimmed. Not only did they leave them still very rough, to the point where they actually hurt worse then they did, but she snipped my puppies paw. And didn’t say a word about it, i didn’t find out till i got home. So just very upset about that.

I brought my puppy in about a month ago to get bathed and receive a nail trimming. The groomers rushed my dogs service and didn’t trim his nails. I will take my dog to the Petsmart located in Towson for now on.

This is probably my favorite of the petsmarts around town. There is nothing super special about this 1 but its always clean and well stocked. The employees are always friendly and will answer any questions I have. I also love the pet adoption center. I appreciate that they tend to have older cats for adoption, which I prefer because I dont enjoy kittens, and I feel like its harder for older cats to be adopted. My sisters cat was adopted from there. Only thing Id say about this petsmart is the parking lot is a nightmare because it is shared with Costco and the parking lot is not that large.

Disappointed! I’ve taken my dog to get his nails trimmed several times at Petsmart when I lived in Virginia. This is the first time in over two and a half years that the groomer could not care for my dog with ease. I respect training individuals, but if my dog becomes stressed unfortunately it is the handler’s lack of skill that is being communicates this my dog. Instead of gaining support from a seasoned professional the blame was placed squarely on my dog. To share that a non-assertive dog was nippy said more about her handling than the anxiety she created. In the future, I’ll drive to the store that has professionals who are experts in handle our sweet dog. I’m also thankful I didn’t decide to schedule a bath.

Staff was able to help in a rough situation with our schedule... had to drop off pups early and run to another appointment. Very understanding and pleasant!

They were very nice and helpful. Wish they had puppies. But I have my new kitty. And Gold-D love it at home with us. 🥰

Have been in before and the reptile heat lamps were burnt out and no employee seemed to notice so who knows how long the reptiles were without heat. Once it was brought up, they were able to replace the bulb but almost seemed confused about how to replace it (which doesnt build a lot of confidence that they are maintained at all).

Just went in for bird seed had what I wanted but I usually get the same brand at Costco and three times as much for about the same price but Costco either doesnt carry it this time of year or they were just out, so I walked over to Petsmart.

Went to get fish and found tanks well maintained and a variety of healthy good looking fish.

This specific Petsmart was amazing!! They were so compassionate for not only the pets, but for the owners also😊😍😍

I enjoy going to the PetSmart and shopping for my new kittens. The only thing I would ask from them is to put all kitten food no matter the brand in one aisle. Its very hard to look thru tons of Adult cat food for kitten food.

Loved the selection of fish and was able to get my son set up for his first fish because its time for him to have some responsibilities and chores!!!

I went over to get fish for my aquarium and the girl that helped me was very helpful. Loved her style also with the bright green hair. She made sure that the fish she gave me were healthy and informed me that our fish had a 14 day warranty.

Shaved my dog half way and then said “we can’t continue”. had to bring my dog home half shaved and this was told to me right after they had got 2 more dogs in the salon, before when there were no dogs they were cutting his hair without a problem. but as soon as they saw other customers they suddenly said he isn’t cooperating. i think if your trained to deal with all types of dogs you should finish what you started with any dog. and if one dog takes more work that’s work you should be willing to put in if your charging us more than $50.

Its ok and have some aquarium needs but lack others. Good service.

Ridiculous, Show up friday looking to adopt a cat that been there for over a month, get told they only do adoptions monday-thursday. Show up monday at 6:05pm and the lady looks at her watch and tells me that they only do adoptions from 10-6 monday through thursday. 5 minutes? really? Unfriendly staff.

Amanda provided exceptionally outstanding grooming to my 5 month old domestic medium haired very shy kitten. My kitten was perfectly pampered and I will definitely bring her monthly for grooming.

Loved getting our pups pic with the Easter bunny. Great people, good selection of food and treats. My kids always love to check out the critters, fish and birds when we visit. It was neat to see the cats up for adoption as well.

I went for wild bird food....the only pets left are fish, 1 hamster, 1 mouse, 1 wild lovebird & 3 tabby cats.

I was extremely impressed with Amandas grooming of my kitten Hal. Hal seemed to actually enjoy the pampering experience and feel very comfortable with Amanda the whole time.
