Horrible courier ever seen. never they will call. Directly they expect to go to them and collect

I was about to receive a parcel through DTDC but I didnt reach on time stating wrong address.From last 15 years I am residing in same address and all others postal and courier services are giving parcels or ordered items to same address, how come only DTDC delivery people can say wrong.They dont answer the call and no reply at least they should send delivery person contact number when consignment is out

This man is a fraud. This is a fraud office of dtdc. He will tell falsely high rates and cheat customers. Dont believe what i said just see his prices and call some other place youll know. Il give it minus 5 stars.All his rates are fake. Customers should check company website to know original prices.

Worst experience I have ordered an backpack in smilly kidooz but I didnt receive any delivery from DTDC which was shipped by it, its showing amount not received for delivery but I have already paid waste of this office

I really dont know why they keep phone they are not responsive for the call and even the address is correct they dont deliver it properly seriously if you dont want to deliver why do you open your agency for the express delivery you will do work properly why not for the normal why ?

Finding address is bit tricky for those who are new to city.

Even though they new the address they did not deliver the item. Simply they are giving the reason incorrect address. I waited 2 days & after that collected th parcel personally..

After receiving the courier to this DTDC double road courier service they will wait for 2 to 4 days to deliver to customer.if we are in urgent we need to collect from their office or else wait for 2 to 4 days .my package received from banBangal to Bellary in 1day but from bellery to my place (1.0 km) 4days. very bad experience each and every time.
