Good easy location ,near to public places

Little outside from Bellary but not that far and its a good place to perform any function as it fits good amount of people and food area is well ventilated to have fresh natural air and have a peaceful lunch

Dinning hall is very small and staying rooms are not maintained cleenly

Function hall is Good but lunch And dinner hall area is not clean, hand wash is wrost so I will go 3 star
