We went there to get a surprise gift and the sales people were really helpful. We had a short time and a fixed budget, they showed us options and variety. Liked the experienceOnce we decided, billing and other sales process was quick.While leaving they tried to upsell which I felt was a bit pushy and would have liked if they had avoided it.

And the same thing made me and my mom give this place a visit.So here is the deal, the place has good sarees, no doubt about that but the sarees are really really expensive.If youre willing to spend that kind of money then its okay. But if youre looking for a decent price range silk sarees then this place isnt for you.There is another silk saree right next to this to which we gave a visit later is way way better than this place. Its called VijayaLaxmiAnd the reason why this store has good ratings and reviews is because the employees of the store manipulates their customers into giving good reviews and ratings. They upfront come to you requesting for good ratings right before you exit the store! Also they force you speak good words about the store while they record itBottom line is these folks have good sarees but they are really very expensive.

This is fabulous shop for all exclusive collection of sarees - silk, blended silk, other casual sarees, designer wear etc. This is an old, reputed and a huge shop in Bengaluru and it is ideally located near MG Road Metro station. Liked their varieties and wife bought a couple of sarees as well.

Had visited for Ugadi sale, could not get much collections, very traditional colours and designs, less of pastel colours. Price seemed to be a little higher compared to prices in Chikpet showrooms.

Keerthi, who is an absolute sweetheart assisted me! I was hesitant about purchasing a bridal saree internationally since I could not see the material and saree in person (with rampant fake material and upcharges as soon as stores hear of international customers). However, Keerthi answered all my questions and handled every request I had with grace. After almost a month of looking for the right saree, I found the perfect one here through Keerthis help. The saree arrived well packaged and in pristine condition. As with particular Christian Malayalee weddings, we pull 7 strings from the saree, and Keerthi assisted in doing this. Amazing service. We have been a constant customer for Deepam since long. The collections are always different and have a class of its own. The wide variety of choices in products and pricing is appreciated.However the smile in the faces of the staff has been slowly started diminishing. The courteousness and warmth which we could feel during earlier times has slowly started to fade off. Also please avoid stopping the elevator deliberately at each floor and taking the customer outside unnecessarily when you are fully aware that the customer has purchased what he needs and is on the way out towards the ground floor.Keep up the good work.
