Mousuni Island is open to sea from its three sides. Its a landmass rinsed by sea and river waters.Sunset at the beach is mesmerizing. Take a stroll around the beach and take the pleasure of viewing the setting sun rays.There are plenty of fishermen’s colonies all over the beach. Explore the fishermen’s life through interaction and exchanging of ideas.You can enjoy fishing as well with your own fishing rod.Relish the mud walk through Mangrove forests and provide the food to your adventurous soul.Arrival and transfer to Mousuni Island , from Namkhana Station,After reach Namkhana station, you can take TOTO rikshaw / Bus from Namkhana to 10 mile. Then take Toto/ Motor van for Patibunia kheya ghat.By car (Four wheeler) from Kolkata to 10 mile bazar through NH 117(Diamond harbour road). Then take right turn from 10mile bazar for Patibunia kheya ghat near about 5 km. Here parking place also available.Then cross the Chinai river by boat (Rs- 5/ head, special boat Rs-200/-) then you will reach at Mousuni Island. Then take Toto rickshaw reach SILICA RESORT by Toto Rikshaw (Rs- 30/-).The camp was setup right on the beach, obviously keeping a safe distance from the sea. It was lush green on the other 3 sides.After noon free to stroll and visit the Mousuni Village – Overnight stay at Resort/
