A cultural and traditional place in Balasore... Various meeting has been attending here and I love this place so much...

It is the district cultural centre. The place is defined as shantikanan. Kabi Fakir Mohan senapati was born here, who had written many Odia prose and poetry. The building is new but the place is of tremendous historic importance. It is an epicenter of Odia culture. The Odia language revolution had started from here. The old pool was already covered.

Good and service to all. Any one go to this place for reading and other multiple work....

Need more improvement in terms of reders aminities

There should be a hoding shows that it is a library. Public are Unknown about it.
