STOP CHEATING CUSTOMERS !!!!Worst service ever. This particular outlet is cheating customers.I had ordered one Chocolate Truffle Cake of 1kg from its official website.The order was successfully placed , but I received a cake from a local bakery called Tanmaya Bakery , whose taste was no where close to the original Paris Bakery taste.To report this issue, I tried calling its customer service several times , but no one responded.If Paris Bakery couldnt process my order , then they could have simply cancelled my order and refunded my money back. Its absolutely unprofessional to accept the order and deliver some random local bakery shops cake with that price.

Poor Quality of drinks . Never ever go for it. Restaurant people are not professional at all they are not at all skillful. Total waste of money.

There are not Paris Bakery anymore. Carefully note that it is Pyaris Bakery now. The franchisee of Paris Bakery is not closed. It is converted to Pyaris Bakery. Dont know whether the quality is same or not, but the brand is not the same.

The place is situated in a place where one can easily see this while traveling in a vehicle. The ambience is very good inside and the food is also great. Different kind of breads are also available here starting from normal bread to pizza bases to buns etc.Only thing I didnt liked is the place is cramped with tables. Theres hardly any space to go between the tables. Also I didnt liked how late the service is when there is full house crowd.

Staffs were confused. Food quality is good. Sanitisation is also good. Staffs were a bit rude.

Except for its name, everything is good. And you should definitely try the Indian cuisines they serve. I find their Chhole-Bhature better than the typical North Indian ones.

Its a very good bakery shop where all type of cakes and biscuit available . Apart from that you can have fast food like Dosa, Idli, vada, Pudi etc. , Very neat and clean and well behaved staffs with well furnished hall to sit and eat. They provide take our an parcels too. If you are at Balasore and want to have breakfast or snacks you must visit the place and try once.
