Builder is very arrogant and doesnt know how to talk to customers nicely. Probably they may not have seen around how other builders talk to customers...this kind of behaviour creates less confidence on moving ahead for the deal.

Not a good place to stay. Lots of problems- water, electricity, electricity backup, etc. Huge parking problem.
