This place marks the starting point of Motiganj market place. It is a small patch of gardening that contains the statue of Gandhi as a tribute to our freedom struggle. There are shops around the point and is also called the cinema square. This is no tourist attraction and there is absolutely nothing to interest anyone.

This park is in front of Balasore Gas Agency, Cinema Square. It is a small park with a fountain show. Besides it is a public library. The park is surrounded by all sorts of minature betel shops. It is not very tidy place and tobacco spills can be found all over.
