Field is awsm.It is safe for jogging.but we need a public park in same place in side of ground.

It seems very good Playground .The main thing is that the all morning the ground is opened for the Balasore civilian.The running track is good but in sunny day it become dusty.In morning time fresh air blow it seems to feeling better.The police men are also cooperative and help and suggest to how to run and workout in morning.This is the public place for which all the social programs held just like independence day and republic day.Ground is cover with small grass .I recommend you to go here and running and workout in morning time.Thanks

Good. This place is very close to every person who was born and brought up in Balasore. Always has been the place for sports and athletics, once a place for all major events in the city of Balasore. Now it has changed in its look and feel though. Feels nostalgic when I look at it these days as I used to pass by the ground everyday, right from my school days, then a much larger ground and full of youngsters playing various sports and also elderly people taking a walk.

It is the only parrad ground for reserved police forces at balasore. There is a police barrack and home guard department available near by. Earlier it was being used for trade fair and for some other festivals like Makar sankranti kite festival and Rabana Podi. It was also a ground for athletic practices. Now it is being exclusively used by the department of police.
