The overall experience of buying was pleasant and mind you the behavior of all the staffs are of top notch including service center staff.Thanks to Sanjay Sir for being so helpful and maintaining the highest standard when it comes to customer satisfaction. You are setting the standards.Also i do appreciate Mr Papu Mishra for being affable and friendly.No issues in car so far and whatever minor issues reported was aptly dealt with.Definitely recommended to visit and experience the Family Wali Feeling 😁

Worst service by Ford. Insurance not taken care by team and demanding money upfront.they even need advance for spare part booking like local garage. Worst part is they have taken bribe 2k from my brother to get it done. I am formally registering a complain to Ford India
