Worst quality of service. The connection guy is a goon who will threaten you to disconnect. Service is even worse, cant even get a decent ping despite optical fibre. And every other day there will be no connectivity for 1-2 hrs on working time. Customer service is useless. Took 5k for installation only then told me if i dont like it i can cancel but no refund on money.Very disappointed with service in Baleswar

Probably I think its the best broadband in Balasore right now using it since 1week and its giving accurate speed or more as given in planI think its better than Jio & Jetspot too.I will update later if something comes to my notice 😉

They dont have a office doesnt picks call for connection so think what kind of service they will provide I called them almost 10 times for connection till they didnt respond at last I go for sai wifi

Very bad experience. Everyday the network will be down . You have stop your important work in the mid. If you have urgent work, you will cry.

Plans are good with good value but Its very bad service. People are not supportive. I am trying for new connection from last 10 days but still they are not coming to my home .God knows what service they will provide after providing connection......

Speed is good but local service provider is not good

My internet is not working since yesterday.I am trying to reach the person who gave me connection and he is not picking up the call..There is no office physically present thats showing in google.The mobile no thats present I tried to call him and he picked but neither he is saying his name nor saying the office address.I asked him and he is saying that this mobile number belongs to Kolkata office but actually its odisha BSNL number.I have all the recordings of the call.This guy name is Titan Sapan .Atlast he asked me to call the person who gave the connection and he disconnected.Editing my post :I got a call from my operator and he is out due to some medical emergency and some other area operator(Titan Sapan) called me and explained the situation.But now the question is I am the one at loss as my internet was not working and i had to face difficulties at my work. So definitely there is something lacking in the business model. I do not want to complain about anyone but people should be aware how to handle customers by telling truth rather than avoiding the calls. If I would have been informed earlier, I would have tried for some other alternatives.

Editing this post after all enquiries with themJust pathetic service. I asked them for a connection before the cyclone and 5 6 days after the cyclone I called them everyday .10days after the cyclone i visited their office twice or thrice but his answer was...Ebe connection lagei habani..kichi din pare asa..this was the wording from the vendor serving my area. Anything i was trying to ask him. His only answer was NO. The person named(Titan Sapan) was little cooperative and he told me to contact the vendor who is serving my location. But the vendor was just soo rude. He just refused to answer anything and kept saying NO. After all this, I opted for another provider and I am very happy with their service. Yes u got it right. There is only another big Internet service Service provider in Balasore(Not BSNL or Jio).One more thing....after seeing this comment. The only response from the owner will be(You are not our customer. How do you know about our service.)LOL:)))

Amazing speed over 135mbps receive@ 2000 plan, my PUPG ping 38-61 always.I think its the fastest internet in our Balasore
