Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Balapur is doing an excellent service. I would like to congratulate them on the excellent customer service they are providing. The Centre is very hygenic and following all Covid norma.

I am glad to inform that I didnt have a bad time at Vijaya Diàgnostic Balapur branch. Especially the convenient space it occupies and the systematic way they handle the customers. My report was sent online and its much more convenient that way. Congratulations VDC Balapur for making me happy one more time.

This lab services excellent and no delay for issuing of report. Staff also very nice . It is very near to my residence. Hence I am very happy to using this lab services. Particularly timings are very good . No delay for opening and closing lab services . Hence Balapur public using this lab services very happily.

They never send reports through message or mail. Everytime one has to go in person to fetch them. Worst ever diagnostic center. Every time I call they say next time it wont be repeated.

Very happy with the services of Mr Sai who helped us with blood sample collection of my days old baby... We were quite worried thinking about the pain my baby would have to undergo when pricked. But Mr Sai was so professional and gentle that during sample collection, my baby remained asleep and did not cry even once. Very happy with the services !!

I experienced rush at billing counter in the morning. Public will come with fasting in the morning to give Blood samples. Only one lady clerk is not enough to prepare bills for all the public. Remaining things are excellent.

Process needs to changed, otherwise there will be huge risk.After taking blood sample for my baby, there was no sticker attached, instead after payment they asked me about the sample.Finally since no other baby took the test,they concluded its our sample.Its such an irresponsible process, just imagine if one more sample taken at same time.Wrong tests or wrong sample would be wrost.The process needs to be improved

We are not receiving SMS for the report of POST LUNCH PLASMA GLUCOSE.4 TO 5 times experienced same. All the time collection of report at your location may not possible. Please send SMS for the same so that we can check report easily.

Good n clean but near billing taking lot of time atleast 15 to 20 mins.request to maintain separate line for women n preganant women.being 8 months preganant i was waiting for 20 mins that to empty stomach for sugar test

This time I am highly disappointed with Vijaya diagnostics balapur branch. My mother gave her blood samples for CBP etc. on 22nd oct 2020 at 7.30 am. After removing the bandage there was a blood clot almost black in colour and she had been complaining about the pain that was caused due to improper insertion of the needle by that stupid personnel..now give me a good reason why I shouldnt be filing a case against you guys regarding the unprofessional practice. I need a proper reply from you guys.

I have gone for thyroid test for 4 days baby on 14.11.2020. They have taken sample and next day I am waiting for reports they are saying sample insufficient.. Very very very poor unprofessional

Ambience is good I appreciate. But, what about the price it’s too high. A diagnostic center should be affordable for all the people. I don’t think all the people will afford these rates. Kindly review. In fact price is toomuch. I am disappointed with the price. For the Minor Surgical Profile it’s 2950 rupees.. you guys are crazy.. The best diagnostic centers TAPADIA are charging 1000 rupees for the Minor Surgical profile.. Do you think I will suggest Vijaya Diagnostic?? NEVER

Most irresponsible staff and manager. Even CBP report taken in morning 8 am will be given only after 2-3 days. Even try to complain, Cluster Manager also supports the staff . Very Poor Reporting.SMS will not come. When asked, due to technical issues. This will continue months together.Same day or next day report is not possible at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre especially at Balapur VDC

Please dont go Vijaya diamond centre. Money waste registration is asking please give me rating Five Star Sports please give me rating.

Basic PFT tests not available..went to Champapet VDC, but found team not available..very poor response..BILL taking team not aware wheter test is available..poor coordination..team giving wrong information on phone..

The staff here are very polite. Its good they are even offering free camp sometimes.

In general, Vijaya Diagnostics is very trusted. the centra is situated in balapur RCI road which is very convenient to balapur, meerpet, badangpet residents.

I would like to thank Vijaya Team for coming to balapur. It is very helpful to residents of Balapur and Badangpet area. This center can be easily identified from main road. Ultrasonography, ECG, Stress TMT, Digital X Ray, complete Phlebotomy tests are available here, reports will be delivered in a day and will be messaged and emailed as well. Center is well maintained with good ambience and staff is also friendly. There is no wheel chair accessible entrance and parking. Center accepts card and cash payments and all major Central and state govt. Health cards are accepted. If home service is offered it will be helpful for senior citizens.

Worst service .. Booked the home delivery service they postponed for 2 days I hope they understand that they are in the medical services ..very irresponsible customer care the only answer for any problem is sorry..if you value your health never ever trust Vijaya diagnostics center.NO ETHICAL VALUES

Doctor is extremely good.recently I got scan in that centre.i am really thankful to doctor Archana reddy.now a days doctor hardly answers patients doubts but kudoos to her for patience .

Most of time scanning to be done on fasting, and its lot of waiting period for scan at Vijaya Balapur x road.Becomes difficult for diabetics & Senior Citizen.Make arrangements of Radialogist to visit by 7:30am onwards or atleast 8:00amIf possible more than 1 radiologist.Rates of all test should be displayed at waiting hall.

Good..I am really satisfied with the way doctor does the scan here.i had been diagnosed with gall stones one and half year back.every 6 months I get a scan done for this reason.In other centres they used to scan only for half minute and even they never used to listen if I ask any questions.i visited this centre for the first time and she took quality time for doing the scan and even cleared my doubts.

Recently I got a scan here.very good diagnostic centre.spacious,clean.Doctor is very humble and nice.
