So the place is basically a guest house in a residential area made like a residence. The room which we stayed in was clean but quite small. Have private parking and is easy to find location.That being said there is no room service or food that can be ordered. You either have to go outside or order food from outside. The caretaker is one person taking care of the property who was hard to find in the property. They can provide you plates but have no spoons or forks.All in all its a place where you stay of you are looking for an overnight stay on the way.The owner was easy to reach but do not live on property.Wifi was good.

The rooms were clean and cheaply prices the view was kinda okayish....The hotel was almost empty I felt like it was only us there😂😂 Talking about the service..so, it was good like there was good speed wifi, hot water supply, we were provided with a kitchen with crockery and all essentials...We went to Manali so, we just had one stay at the hotel. So, of I talk about you staying at thi place and thinking about having a super luxurious stay then this is not the place for you but if youre a traveller who has to spend a night or so on a budget then this place is recommended! Just one last important thing about this place that the way to get here was kinda complicated, I followed the directions on Google maps but I got on the wrong road So...when you reach the residencial area thats just before the hotel ...you can contact the hotel , theyll help you out like they did to us. The staff here was very helpful and soft-spoken. Wishing you a happy stay folks!

Not really a hotel, more like a service apartment. Room could be cleaner. Very dusty windows. Bathroom taps leak. Google map location is wrongly set so it is difficult to find initially.

Stay wise its a good place, only problem is for Meals. They do provide food which is picked up from a near by restaurant.

It is hotel/Motel I cant define, but a spacious stay option in Kullu, village bajaura. View from the balcony is beautiful if you are staying on 2nd or 3rd floor. Situated in not so secluded area but more over a developing city. I will not call it a village 😅. You can consider this property but they have really slow staff service especially when you will ask for chai.

The place is situated in a nice area. The staff was a little rude. We had asked for a birthday decorated room, which was then provided but the room was locked from inside, they managed to open it after a while of waiting. Enough room area and balcony area. Its prices are a little on the expensive side.

Located on Chandigarh-Bhuntar highway/road, this is budget friendly hotel, with nice and clean rooms. It is built on a hill, and have rooms with good view (front side). There is small market nearby, with ATM, restaurants, liquor shops available. OYO host Mr. Ankit is super awesome - very helpful and always available.

Great hotel and very specious room I stay 2 night great hospitality but last time I visited here this hotel left oyo the hotel was great and amazing location parking space for 3+ cars

Nice budget hotel with a very helpful owner .... Kitchen not functional during my stay so they arranged food from outside ... Be aware its a no smoking hotel although the owner lets u smoke if u be very careful ... Rooms have very small geysers , dont use showers as u may be out of hot water very soon. .... Overall a good stay if u are on a budget trip

Its a Restaurant at ground floor and other Floors have Comfortable rooms with full facilities. There is nothing to tell about its location because Google maps Gives full deatail and exact location.. Overall experience is very very good..in that hotel..😋

47 Hills is best home stay in kullu we loved it and staff is so nice and good but dont have kitchen in their promises only the backdrop maybe in future they will have their own kitchen rest its a five star property. Best wishes from our side Regards Anurudh

Overall experience was okay . The owner is very helpful . Rooms are okay . Hotel is situated a lil bit off the main highway but there is a road . Hot water in washroom was limited , couldnt finish my shower :(. Its a no smoking hotel which is not mentioned by OYO on the app , although owner lets u smoke but have a heavy penalty if u burn anything ( although I think its fair enough) . Food is been ordered from outside as the kitchen was not functional . It was a warm stay overall . Would recommend.

No food available, no heaters provided but extra at RS, 400.00 per night(new heater is available in the most for rs, 300) no cupboards, just 4 horrible walls. A nightmare

Believe me the rooms shown in this hotel is not the same. We booked 2 rooms for 4000 each for a night and when we get there we saw a lady living in that room making food for its family and the staff was arguing with us and they cancelled booking after arguing with us for an hour. After all this I want to suggest everyone to not to book room in this hotel.

Location is above hill slope area. No food available in hotel. Very hard to go down hill then eat and come back.
