I was still getting the video card error. Despite the fact that they did not accept customers to their technical services due to Covid19, I delivered my computer to the service, although it was difficult, as it was broken. Again, at the end of 5 days, they said that there was a motherboard problem on the pc and the problem was solved after the motherboard was replaced. When I came home with great enthusiasm and turned on the computer for the format, my product was shutting down by itself. I called the technical service for the 3rd time and they invited me for maintenance and again after 5 days they said that the motherboard was faulty (yes, the motherboard they installed was broken) and a motherboard replacement was in question. I believed it because it was my 3rd visit to the technical service. When I came home and opened the computer for reformatting, the event that I was very surprised (!) happened again. Yes, my computer was turning itself off again. There was no patience left. I went to the technical service for the 4th time and this time I informed that I did not want to take my device back and wanted a refund or exchange. They told me that they would get back to me within 48 HOURS after the so-called procedures were applied. Although 96 HOURS passed, I couldnt get a response, so I called the customer service myself and they said that the record was finally created. Although approximately 1.5 months have passed after these processes, my process is still waiting for an answer at the headquarters. And yes, during this process, when I call to ask about the situation almost every 3 days, no one continues to answer me. I ask the readers to think twice before buying HP. Turkey HP company does not work properly, the control mechanism is zero.
