Worst Maintenance.. Worst Quality (Cockroaches on Table while serving)We ordered Bamboo Chicken(Which was put on board that day as special item) and Paneer biryani, Felt it was directly brought from FridgeFinally there was cockroach on Table while food is being served. I dont understand how can a restaurant like this cannot maintain the cleanliness.One star is only because Google doesnt allow me zero star.

I visited the place today, first it was just opening, ambience is nice and the staff too, I ordered mutton biryani which costs me 300 plus gst, when the dish reached my table I was in a state of shock, cos it was a mini handi, quantity was so less that two people cant eat properly, it was way too spicy. I was quite annoyed with the quantity they provided. I will definitely never visit again.

Had to leave...One fine day I thought of having lunch here, but when I visted it seems the air conditioning system is not working and no fans were available. Dont know who they thought of running that day..still they are running the restaurant with all the customers sweating. Didnt get to taste their food.

The worst mutton Biryani I ever had..mutton pieces are not at all good..they smell like rotten, most of them are bones only. Total family pack is full of oil. The quantity of family pack is very less. But the cost is very high. Plz plz dont but Biryani from kritunga.

Kritunga Restaurant took the best place in my Favorite restaurants list in Hyderabad.Food here was served in Banana leaf , with the Authentic Recipes which just melts in the mouth.Biryani is served in different variations of both Veg & Non-veg.Ambience was soo good,staff were very polite & the best part is that you will get your order in a very short span of time (hardly in 5 minutes).I had my Lunch here on 31-12-2019 with my family & we all loved & enjoyed the food a lot.I recommend highly to all the Foooddddiiiieeeesss 😋👌♥️

This place has the ruthless staff. If youre vegetarian, dont ever visit this. Their hospitality is worse, they let us wait for more than 50 mins & they simply gave us finger bowls in the end but they made sure our non vegetarian friends got all their orders. Even though the place looked beautiful, it had a weird ordour. Cleanliness felt like ignored. Even if we can ignore this, we shouldnt ignore the way they treated customers by completely ignoring what weve ordered with no respect. Is this what success taught them?

I aleays likes itBut hospitality was concerning TODAY.- Staff was little off today, serving was not with the right attention- cleaning was happening with ahuge carrier just beside we were eating. It was making lot of noise while cleaning.And that cleaning cart was very annoying when your eating juts beside.The peraon cleanjng was like not concerned other were eating nearby.

They mixed paneer pieces in chicken biryani rice and they served as vegetarian dish . While eating the so called veg food we got bones in it.When we questioned the management they were like - we mixed the non veg and veg so what will you do if you want to eat eat or else leave the place.

Great food!! Really liked the taste and variety, something different over the regular biryanis. However, the complex where it is situated is not at all convenient, too crowded and poorly maintained parking lot. Even inside, I felt the over all maintenance is not upto the mark and the staff were a bit late to respond. Slight changes and better service will help this outlet perform well for a long period.

One of the worst food that I had ever.Yesterday night we ordered Chicken fry piece Biryani, we got complete masala(rice) in it, no plain rice present. The quality of rice used is also worst and didnt cooked well.Again today, we went for dine-in, ordered Mutton keema Biryani and chicken biryani. Both items are worst, very bad in quality of the food. Biryani rice looks like just a normal rice. Chicken in Chicken biryani also didnt cooked well, we left as-is. To specifically mention, poor servicing.

1.Ive been here yesterday around 3:30 pm and ordered a Paneer Biryani... It was way beyond spicy and my water bottle finished first than the food. People from the beside table were also facing the same issue. When weve asked waiter, she informed it to the lady supervisor or crew trainer maybe, and she was murmuring how else they want it to be? Like seriously!!! With this attitude, its good for them not to be in the service industry.2.The security at the entrance itself was asking for the money. I was like Dude, let me get in first!. When we were leaving, he has asked us again and I didnt have change for 50, he said he has. We asked him to take 20 and give 30 and he was like hell take 30 and give 20 and he did the same thing. We were shocked and didnt want to argue with him and left the place. Worst experience till date comparing to the other restaurants Ive visited.
