This is the very worst resort till today in my life,service is very bad ,food taste is also bad,rooms are very dirty,electric plugs,refrigerator are not functioning ,finally i suggest never go to this place.

Worst place to spend even an hour. One star is for size of room and for the one staff member who serve food.Other than him, all the staff members with whom I interacted were deunk.Also, at the time of checkout. I was informed that they will send it across on my whatsapp number. When I seek a reason, they answered me that I have to I should inform them one day before the check out to get the same in hardcopy.

Not hygienic and too small, rides are also not good seat belts of one ride that I am riding is opened while ride,I seriously telling dont waste your money here,no amenities in rooms also and they dont have good food👎👎👎,instead you can book a room in Radisson blu hotel same pricing and Radisson blu is too good from this place becoz they had good hygiene,good food, good amenities and also good staffs 👍👌

Good place

Great place with a very good combination of activities like cricket, badminton, TT, water park and amusement park with good rides. It offers a great place for groups to interact, team building, offsite events or even conferences. The amenities are not luxurious however the service is so exemplary that you feel at home. We were a big group and the staff was so flexible with the schedule and catered to our custom requirements ex cricket at night with lights, DJ and great snacks. The food quality is very good and served really well. Overall its a great economical way to spend over a weekend with your groups.

Bad Service and maintenance

Great place for an overnight stay and spending the day at the water and amusement park... Visiting in a group is recommended. They serve some great homestyle food and arrangements for bonfire and DJ is also done during dinner time.. Given the deal we got, was definitely value for money...

Nice place to unwind with lots of attraction for kids and adults likewise... Has both amusement park and water park... Loved it...We took package deal with all meals, night stay in AC rooms and unlimited entry to amusement and water park. Satisfied with every penny spent..

Deserves a 2.5 star. The place is old. The staff is humble. Being in very outer area, the facilities are fine. I visited here for a Day outing to celebrate the birthday of my sister. There were very few people besides us. But the food was good. Overall, we enjoyed a lot.

Great experience in my life

Mr Udit is one of the most amazing person who is handling the resort in the most rocking manner.

We stayed at this place for the last weekend.We had booked a package for around 6k per couple for the stay at the resort including the meals and access to the adventure and water park right next to it.The staff was cordial and helpful. (probably that was the only part we liked during the stay.).Now. coming to the other points one at a time.1 ) Adventure and water park - There are very limited rides in this adventure park. Few kids rides were not even functional.the condition of the rides raises major concerns about the safety during the ride. The water was extremely filthy with several particles floating in it. - I could not even go back in that water . I do not suggest to ever go in that water.2 )The Resort Property The entire property on its own is extremely ill maintained and seems ancient. No renovation has ever been done as you can see the plaster from the wall coming off. The rooms/furniture/linen/curtains are too dull and boring to belong to a so called resort.Again a set back.3) Linen - Finding clean sheet or towel seems to be a big challenge in here. We were provided with all stained bedsheet and pale while towels.4)Sports equipment - The badminton court was nowhere as shown in the pictures all over the internet. There is no proper court and there is just a net hanging half way.5) Food - Same story continues here as well. Food was average.Overall, we liked nothing about the place and do not recommend anybody to waste money on this super priced resort which is nothing better than a lodge.

Specially awesome for kids enjoyment and family. Rooms are just ok to spend night with family with A.C. Foods were awesome including lunch dinner snacks breakfast...staffs were very helpfull...the best attraction was water amusement park.. its worth and value of money. And very calm place. No rush here...DJ live in pool side were awesome...u can dance and enjoy buffet dinner till 11.00 PM. In one word you can say its great to spend 2 night and 3 days.

This is an Excellent place.....

The place shouldnt be named as Resort. It is sort of dharmshala with a pool. The fare of 1night is 5200+ along with the access to amusement park and water park. Water park is pretty old with broken stairs to the slides. Slides are not good and infact you have to push your weight to slide down to the pool. In the amusement park most of the rides are pretty average and some were not functional. Overall even including the amusement park the fare is not justifiable. Room and toilet were not clean enough with so much mosquitoes around. Food and room services were ok. Rest everything was far below a resorts standard.

Worst thing happened my life was that i booked this resort for my vacations. No management no cleanliness no fun. The food was average. No transport facility till metro sttn. Even cab cancelled the ride. Plzz njoy at ur home if u r one of them who is having this resort as an option.

They charged our group INR 400 for buffet breakfast and pool use.Buffet was just toast with Nutralite, aloo-poories, tea and coffee, watermelon, bananas.Thats it.And the pool water was milky white, wasnt clean, too much chlorine.Definitely not worth the money we paid.We get a much better breakfast at many other places.Disappointing.

Totally depended on GPS.2- Rooms are BADLY maintained. (Lot of Lizard family having good fun in most of the rooms.)3- Torn Cushions and smelly bedrooms.4- Slight movement of window curtains make it fall on your head like a BANG..SAVE UR KID.. If u have any ... in such rooms.5 - Waterpark is not too clean... too many insects in the pool..and have shallow waters...of approx 6 to 7 feet.6- Eletrical equipments i.e. Fridge...TV remotes and / Or AC knobs are broken in many rooms..7 - No wifi.I switched the rooms twice to get one with a living condition.All is well that ends well...!! Only recommended for a day outing in waterpark if you have kids.Ratings - 2.5/5

Went to platinum resort with my family for a 1 night and 2 days stay and had great fun.The package is very economical and water park is huge with thrilling slides and enjoyable pool.The Lunch and Dinner served to us was very sumptuous,non-spicy and very tasty.The Rooms were beautiful with latest facilities,furnishings and fixtures.I recommend this Resort as an In deal venue for Night stay of the family and friends.

The water park was fun. Not too clean but acceptable. Though this by no means is a resort in any sense! The rooms are awful and unhygienic. Food is acceptable. Kid rides are good. Though overall its fun filled due to rides and all,but due to pathetic room and absence of hygiene,i dont think this deserves better that 2 star. And yes, room service is non existent too.

Ambience is very poor and rooms are below average. Hospitality & service is also not upto the mark. Size of the water park 8s very small and rides are too basic and some of them are very old for example Columbus, body is already corroded from bottom and you can see the wide cracks when moving. So all in all not recommended.

Just about ok place. One would enjoy if going with your own large group. This place has a tie up with next door amusement park. One can get a deal for one night stay with one day of amusement park at around 1500 or so. The back yard garden can be used by guests.

A good place for a days outing with friends and family. Adjoining water park make it a good place to take kids too. Only problem is frequent power cuts which kinda plays spoil sport, though they have power backup but frequent on - off do gets irritating.

The club resort free Club resort is available on Bahadurgarh Road it is located on highway it has the facilities of living in water park is there full of facilities like food and inter indoor games if you want to spend your one time with the family you can definitely approach there the cost wise it is OK you may bajan the water park you can enjoy todays anytime you can visit even the amusement park is there for kids so you can have lot of fun

Enjoyed the place with friends, went on 15th August, good breakfast, lunch and snacks, swimming pool, water ride, volleyball in water awesome, water quality was not good, it hurts eyes, and water was warm not cold, management and customer service was great.

GD place to visit, economic package, also GD for family..food quality is good...the best part is employee behavior, they are very cooperative and polite.
