The project is yet not complete. It was scheduled for handover in 2018 and till date the builder is just committing to complete in Next 6 months. Very unprofessional approach and attitude by Unique Builders. Most of the time they dont even pick up the call or answer properly.Many people have rated Excellent place and I fail to understand on what basis. Not a single soul is living as nothing is ready.Unique builders have taken almost full money from customers. RERA should have more rights to protect the consumer rights when this people dont reply properly and delay the project unreasonably. The below photos were taken in last week of July21

Unique City is a good township. Excellent Connectivity . Good size with proper Ventilation Buildings . Reasonable Pricing .Planning of the flats is very good..

Horrible Builders, Horrible Experience. I humbly invite anyone to speak to me who is even thinking to invest their precious hard earned money in this worthless project. I will surely guide you on how not to get in trap of these unprofessional people, including everyone of their staff members. They never bother to pick up calls, if they do, they wont give relevant reply. Staff keeps changing just like seasons, or even frequent. Youll run out of patience in waiting for their response from email. I am sure all these 4 star, 5 star reviews are fake as the project doesnt have any unit in possession state, how can anyone commit its a best place to live in. Its been 6 Years now they had 75% of my money and I only see 4 walls of my unit from past 3 years. Not a single brick moved after then. Total waste of money.

Shameless builders have no to face to speak on phone to clarify progress or updates on the project. keep avoiding ....not professionalsad state of cheapness
