Avoid this place . Several months ago, I took my iPhone 7+ to them, as it would not turn on. It was only 13 months old. They kept it a month, before letting me collect it, stating it could not be repaired. On coming back to the UK, I took it to a iPhone service person. I was informed, please see photo, that many parts were missing, the screen was not the original iPhone screen, wrong screws had been used to put it back together etc. It had never been opened or looked at before. These people have stolen parts on my phone, for whatever reason. Avoid this place!

Closed.. according to google maps open until 4pm on Saturday, but was closed Saturday 12h10. There is a sign that their shop is closed an only online available or phone number given but nobody answered the email or the phone. Update : They did reply in the end to the email, almost a day later, so upgrade to 3 ***, still feel its their responsibility to update the open times on google maps Drove for 30 minutes to get there, because none of the phone numbers worked from normal phone and no reply..

If you have problems with your device don’t look further. It’s the best shop on Bali. Good service Good price and Good staf.

This guys saved my holiday! My phone wasn’t recognizing the SIM card, they took it for checking and fixed in one hour for and only 150.000 rupiahs! Administrators speak good English, office is air conditioned, highly recommending!

I took my iPad here and was informed it would take 2 to 3 days to repair, they said they would call but did not and after many unsuccessful calls I got through to them on day 5 and they had not even looked at it. They said it would be a few more days which was no good as I was leaving the following day. If they could not fix in the time they stated that should have said and I could have taking it elsewhere, instead I had to pay 250000 to get it back still not workingZ

Order had to be placed on pre 2 days order while another iphone shops had ready stock for all type of iPhone. Good n very competitive price compared to other shops. Was worried like hell for waiting my iphone XR arrived in two days while i could get it right away from other shop with same price. Somehow after the staff explained me the reason on 2 days pre order then i understood n appreciated the concerns. As a true Apple lover, i can only thank to iphonebali to accommodate what i needed.Thank you
