The place is amazing! And would recommend for the experience. We were very impressed with the architecture and ID: Indian palace inspired spa.We had 2 male therapist, one was good but the other was average in terms of massage technique.The receptionists were not very well informed: we booked through Klook but they didn’t know about the booking system. Even so, they were very polite and welcoming.

I got my first hot stone massage here and I was very happy with the experience. It is on the pricier side from other places. I paid 900,000rp for 90 minutes and they through in a free facial. We got to use their facilities prior to our massage which is a hot and cold bath with sauna and steam room. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask. 😀

Fantastic ambience, we had the Prana Pampering session it was divine. Our therapists were professional, helpful and good at the services we had. Definitely recomnend!

Amazing Spa TreatmentThis was the best spa treatment Ive ever had! The massage was on point and my masseuse was so profesional. The facilities were clean and high quality. I was even offered a shower after my treatment with all towels and creams provided. Would 100% come here again.

Expensive but still rude. The massage was nice but the overall experience was horrible. The front desk treats you like theyre doing you a favour by taking your appointment or speaking to you at all.

It was great. I tried the Ayurvedic in India several times. The massage was totally different vs. done by 2 people synchronized in India, however Shiodra was very similar except height dropping from and amount of oil used. Fell into sleep zzzzz.

My hubby and I visited Prana Spa and got the pampering by prana package. The prices are Australian equivalent, service not at all.The package included hot and cold plunge which was great, full body massage which was just okay .but then the facial was as bad as a facial can be. It was literally chucking on one product after the other and wiping them off. And then the hair creme bath.. Jesus this is the first time when someone shampood my hair and said if I wanted to dry it, I can find a dryer in the change room. The service for the price was just ridiculous. Dont know why its rated one of the best in Bali. Pretty bummed!

We did the 3 hour private suite and it was nothing short of spectacular. Service was exquisite, decor was impeccable and we felt so relaxed afterwards. Would recommend!

Its not worth what you pay for the massage , there was no hot water in the washroom after the massage and they gave used wet towels , would not recommend this spa for massage there are better palces for massages please dont watse your time and money here , the cost for the massages are higher compared to the other spa.

Prana spa is the best

It was cold for me because I had cold hands and the room was cold if the treatment was for me. (^ ^ ;;As I said that my friend didnt care in particular, it might be better to watch out for the cold.The massage was good overall. I received Shirodara for the first time, but it was pleasant with a sense of strangeness. The cream bath has become a shiny hair!It is convenient because it will also transfer to the hotel or airport (^ ^)It was a spa with a luxurious atmosphere and plenty of exotic space.

The staff are friendly, the location is nice, but for the locals its quite unfriendly FOnya. Although the smile could get out the word Indonesia does y is priced somewhat above rata2. Expensive is relative, but something must be calculated. The beginning is just to add a photo feat ig.tp if for a price that much better to spend for El Kabron clief club. Mending clubing from the spa hehehhe

Luxury spa the place is magnificent. Professional masseuses. Nothing more than when you choose a massage elsewhere except the decor. The price is excessive. But glad I did. Restaurant inside. Small swimming pool.
