The CUTEST hotel I’ve ever been to! The staff was so sweet and helpful. LOVED LOVED LOVED my stay here! Thank you

AVOID AVOID AVOID.I cant stress what a dump this place is. Countless health hazards. Wires loose and on display, slippery and cracked bathroom tiles, filthy bedlinen, chrome peeling on our broken tap, no hot water! The pool pump had broken 4 days prior to us swimming and we were not warned it was unsafe. We swam in it and found it like green with algae the next morning! 4 of our party of 7 got sick!! The tiles on the floor of the pool were cracked, sharp and lifted. The decking surrounding the pool was rotten and falling through. I was covered in itchy welts after our first and last night at the property which my doctor has since confirmed were bedbug bites. Prisoners get a better stay where they are. Utterly appauling. -4/10 review but it would only let me give a minimum of 1 star! I am still fighting for a full refund.

Is a very poor hotel. On the night when we go to next door convenient store to purchase mineral water, my friends mobile phone was stolen by a pick pocket. 2 unknown guys approached my friend, one left and another right to distract my friend and when my friend back to hotel, the mobile phone was out of sight. In front of this hotel is a big disco and a lot of unknown locals and pick pocket are around this area. TOTALLY NOT a safe area to stay. Stay away from this hotel.

We spent 2 nights here and it was a huge mistake. Its right across Kutas biggest club and the sound was way too loud. The walls were vibrating because of the sound . We didnt get to sleep until 3 am. I should have done my research before booking here! The towels were dirty. The only good thing was the size of the room - pretty large.

I took pasta and had maximum 70 gr of pasta. Same for the pizza which is half size of a regular pizza. Wouldn t recommand

Nothing is good about this hotel I’ll name a few:-The rooms are smelly and has a stench of sewerage-The cleaning of rooms is VERY poor, no toilet paper (have to call everyday) and no water bottles-The wall plugs are hanging out of the walls and any plugs that look okay ZAP YOU-The pool is very dirty and poorly maintained-The staff is very rude and non helpful-Your room shakes because of all the noise from the clubsDo yourself a favour and never stay at this hotel let alone any Zen Rooms hotel. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Is really nice hotel. Cause this hotel is really close with sky garden, and beach walk. So easy to go to beach to see the sunset. The restaurant also have a good taste! Recomend!

Positive: good location near good Warungs, good price, good staffs, awesome massage (highly recommended), clean swimming pool.Negative: disgusting sewege smell in the bathroom (we had room nr 27), pool has missing and loose tiles, wooden ground near pool, near the sunbathing chairs, has a big hole (a kid could stumble upon). Sometimes noisy children playing in the pool late in the evening. Constant techno clubbing/disco noise in the night. Smoke of smokers outside our room got in our room. This hotel needs serious fixes.Conclusion: you get what you pay for 😉 if you want more relax: find a place away from this road full of clubs and pay a bit more for a better hotel.

Good day.I do not know who it will count but my experience with your restaurants today 01/10/2016 at the entrance took me lady who greeted me and offered me to consult Menu. I advised me a meal as I said that I wanted a traditional Balinese food. She advised me and I asked her that I wanted velmy but very pungent to food.My first disappointment was: The food that they gave me was not at all or much less pungent spicy as I requested.Second, the chicken that I already knew was filed in accordance with all knew the whole week in the kitchen and heated several times, meat was dry and the surface was fast and the dried. Appendix rice was good, spinach as an annex was well preparedThirdly, after the meal arrived within 5 minutes a waitress and asked me if it can take.After take-away dish is no longer about me or cease to occupy not wish anything to drink or desert. Thus I sat there for an hour and no one ignored me.When I wanted to platinum so I had himself visited the top so I paid the bill. And heres another surprise to eat I billed excluding taxes and automatic gratuity, then still operating and that I have failed miserably, and I wanted to speak to the manager and suddenly it could pay even without it, but if I wanted to speak to the manager or managers are to be not.My assessment is also - Cook not fix what you order, staff at you with high coughs. Overall rating is 0 stars solely on whom you complained and it was nice to me, it was the lady what took me to the entrance.

Very dirty, and during dinner at the restaurant my fiancee found a pubic hair in his soup. Horrible!

Be Warned: This hotel is right in the thick of Kuta’s party zone.I’ve stayed at the Maxi Hotel on 3 different occasions for a total of 10+ days.Considering the cost of the hotel (approx. $16-20 USD per night), it’s a really good value, especially for those looking to be near the late night action, which lasts until 5 AM and can be heard from rooms in the hotel.The staff is incredibly friendly and will help you as best they can. Don’t be afraid to ask them for assistance and they’ll do their best to help. Nia, who works the front desk, is especially kind, professional, and helpful.There are a whole variety of rooms but in general they are all quite spacious. The bathrooms in the rooms vary in design, with some having bath tubs with shower heads and others having showers. Cleansliness and functionality of the bathrooms can be an issue at times but, again, the staff is quite responsive to address any concerns.The air conditioning units and bathrooms may be somewhat moldy depending on the room you end up with.I’ve eaten at the restaurant several times and never had any issues or complaints. I thought the food was good and decently priced.All in all, I’ve stayed in many budget hotels in Bali and the Maxi Hotel is pretty good value. If you’re a party goer, which is why I’ve stayed at the Maxi Hotel, it’s great value.

If your a party person,this is the place you must stay.its infront of the bounty club and a minute walk to the sky garden club as well...rooms are big and clean.overall its a good place to accommodate.

We went here for a quick bite while exploring Kuta square. Staff was new and they were more interested in wooing more customers rather than taking care of us.Our pizza took 35 mins to arrive and it was raw. When we asked them to fix it, they took another 30 mins.On top of this they charged a hefty service charge.

Everything is great here...The facilities (swimming pool, spa, room services), everything is well organized. Staffs there are friendly, fantastic and helpful especially Pak Minced...Definitely a place to cruise during your holidays =D

I reserved with my husband without checking the reviews, big mistake! decided to check them 2 minutes later and was stunned by the bad reviews, we canceled immediately the hotel has non refundable policy we decided to piss on the money but not wasting our two days in this hotel

When Shower flows as it is, hot water does not work. But in the morning, the shower flowed profusely & the hot water functioned.Not provided toiletries, drinking water & mat did not initially exist and had to call receptions to ask for drinking water & matsLocated in the middle of Jl. Legian causes a bit of noise because of entertainment music and might make it difficult to sleep.Lighting the room is less, so it is rather dim.The air conditioner suddenly suddenly tightened and then slowed down again.Car parking is quite narrow because it is attached to a cafe, so you have to walk approximately 300 meters to the car park area ..

If you like the atmosphere of sparkling nights can stay here, in front of many clubs night

The choice of this hotel fell when I had to find a place in the center of the new year in Bali. Cheap for Family Room size at the end of 2017. It fits right in front of Ground Zero on Jalan Legian. In the photos we saw on hotel booking sites it looked interesting. So there is no reason to look for anything else. But on the D-Day, when our family arrived there, disappointment broke out. A dark place, the hallway on the second floor to room no. 10 in the corner spreads a musty smell. When the room is open, a feeling of discomfort arises. Luckily we agreed to get out and move more. Anyway, there are prices for items. Unfortunately there are no supporting photos.

The hotel is quite comfortable, some rooms are a bit old-fashioned like the elite of the ancients.

The family suite room is spacious, the air conditioner is cool, pol is comfortable and pokonya for 5 days there. The service is also friendly. Glad to be back :) the only minus is sometimes there are unpleasant odors in the bathroom.

The hotel is pleasant, swimming pool with clean water. The rooms do not make a positive impression, but the worst is the unbearable noise and the sounds of louder music coming from the street. This is definitely not a hotel for families with children.
