From the first call when we were scoping out different wedding planners, we immediately knew she was the one for our wedding as she was very proactive, friendly and acute. Then throughout almost a year of planning to finally meeting in person during site visit all the way to wedding day she was consistent and reliable. Couldnt have asked for anyone else! She was very mindful of every single detail, yet making sure that she doesnt overwhelm herself, or at least not in front of us :) she was always calm and friendly as if everything was going perfectly well! But I know that is her professionalism, probably taking care of hiccups behind the scene all the while not making us feel worried. On top of it all, you can tell that shes not just doing her job, shes genuinely happy and excited for you! She is a true gem and whom we would like to call a friend. We described her as a very well organized, smartest and sweetest best friend you can have at a wedding to all of our friends and family. Please dont waste time looking anywhere else. Sasha is the best!

I cannot emphasise enough that anyone getting married in Bali should only do so with the help of VaraWedding. I dont know how I could have done it without Fieke and her team. It is inevitable that issues would arrise in the 1+ year of planning, but quite frankly it is hard for me to even remember any because of how quickly VaraWedding was able to resolve everything, including issues caused entirely by us. To have someone in Bali on the ground with a network was so vital for last-minute ideas and concerns. Honestly I can recall the very first day I had a hiccup. I chose a villa before visiting, against VaraWeddings advice, and when I did visit it was not at all what I expected from the photos. I was scared that it was too late to find a new one, as I was flying out that afternoon, and I was heartbroken. The VaraWedding team rushed me to grab my bags and then rushed me to view a villa they had in mind based off my feedback of the first one before rushing me to the airport. This second villa was exactly right and we booked it right away. This act saved my wedding and sanity, and was above what was expected of them. That day I told my fiance VaraWedding had already earned their entire pay, in my opinion. Yet for the next 12 months they kept saving me in the same way over and over with a smile. I am so grateful for their time, patience, and talent. I cannot recommend enough.
