Not happy with the service. the admin work of staff is not satisfying.Variety and quality of electronic products are very good.

I purchase domestic floor mill machine from digi 1 katrap, Badlapur. They wont give original bill at the time of delivery. When i visit to the store 2 times then they give reason of system not working. Bad experience. My advice : take original bill at the time of delivery.

Ordered Atta chakki on 16th September 2021 and upto today (21 September 2021) they have delivered two faulty piece . 1st Delivery had a clear big scratch on front and unexpectedly the product in the second delivery was exactly same with that very huge scratch clearly indicating the they were the same product.I just hope that third delivery would be successful ,Completely disappointed! I wish they had a 0 star option to rate.

Great service by DIGI 1 recently i bought new samsung galaxy smartwatch from DIGI 1 Badlapur (E).

If I could give less than 1 star I would they are cheaters they will fool you saying they will give discount and everything but all their products are old and most of them are defective I boughta washing machine and after using it for 2 days it stopped working. the repairmen told that the machine was kept in the store for years !!!

If you want to be fool and cheated then only visit here because staff here is expertise to hang and taw the product to the customers at their own wish. They dont offer what customer wants, but misguide, divert and bounds customer to buy only from their stock. I went to purchase 1.2 ton 5 star inverter split ac. Neither they have any 5 star inverter split ac series nor any 1.2 Ton model. They strongly recommend for 3 Star category as they dont have any 5 star model and argued to buy 1.5 Ton as they dont have 1.2 Ton series as well as brand. When you have sound budget then buy online. If you want to buy on EMI than only visit here.

Few reasons to dislike.1. Dont have ventilation - AC vents absent, split ACs not working.2. One has to straddle upstairs/downstairs in case purchasing multiple appliances.3. Worst type of executives - gossiping right next to customers (about them!!), Verbally arguing about who will attend any customer entering in the premises.4. The best deal will never be offered as executive is technically challenged !!5. Senior executives will rush back to you as soon as you leave the showroom without confirming anything, just to pacify & solicite.

Horrible experience i had.. must be there is not anyones mistake but.. you gotta understand you guys are running a electronic stroe and have already established good image in the market but in your store other sells personal cant even describe other product to the costumer.. i went to buy a laptop from this store i went inside asked for laptop a gentleman said we arent concerned about the laptop department? I mean seriously? Is Digi1 is government ferm?? That customer should face this?

Its located at shirgaon ,badlpaur east.lil far from railway station.takes 20 min by walking and 8-10 min by auto.it have nice cloths collection.you should try .

It was a disastrous experience here. I had purchased a Preethi Gas top from here. When tried to light it on the day before our housewarming, the same wouldnt light up. I returned the same to the store asking them for a better quality one but the salesperson refused and said it had to be returned within 24 hours. These people will tell buttery things when we go for buying but after sales experience is horrible.Better try Amazon or Flipkart as they have the refund and return policies in place.

I went there to check multiple options in soundbar. But they only had two models of Sony soundbar which was pretty disappointing. ThenI asked for bluetooth headset for which they shown me two models of some local Bluetooth headsets. I hafld no option but to left the store. Reliance digital offers much better variety.
