I request you builder for an compensation , as much effect by financially due to delay. i hope they are understood our concern & take positive decision on it.... i believe on Mohan group since its old & reputed in market.

There is a significant delay in completing the project and builder is demanding money without any progress in the work. They completed only entrance lobby and rest of the project work is pending completion. Its same as I saw in March 2020. Buy property here only if you want to feel cheated and looted or have a lot of money.

I wish I could rate negative here. As per sale agreement and RERA 1st possession date was December 2019 which is well before covid pandemic and still management is giving lame excuses of pandemic...Pathetic management Mr Manoj Skhukla, Mr. Dheeraj Moolchandani is good for nothing both are cheaters...please refund our money or provide the possession by this year end

We have bought flat at Mohan Areca in the year 2019, we were been told that possession will be in June - 2020. Due to pandemic it is already delayed by almost 20 months yet no updates on possession. Only fake promises that possession will start by Oct for B wing. WE could see there is hardly some progress. and we are ascertain that there will be even further delay. Here builder should compensate for the delayed possession. Regret trusting MOHAN GROUP.

The contraction is vero slow. We have flat in mohan areca project in B wing. Many times we had a word with there manager regarding compensation but there is always negative reply. Every time pandemic reason is given for delay. Every one having flat in this project should ask for compensation as possession date is passed long back and too much delay in project.

I hv my own flat here purchased....at start wen i purchased de told possession date dec 2019...now almost 1.5 years m waiting for possession....after waiting so much time also ...d work is in very slow porgress...nw de r saying b wing wil get possesion in september....shuld we trust d brand mohan group?

Construction process is very slow , they will give you only pandemic reasons for delayed possession .Not getting satisfactory answers from office staff. never expected from reputed builders

Right now under construction, but I stay in Mohan Palms, so I can definitely say, that first tower in Badlapur from Mohan Group will be exciting. Work is getting completed at full pace. Those who think that they will buy only ready possession flats should definitely look at this option of buying flat under construction as it offers cheaper value

We booked a flat in A wing and paid the amount yet till now the building has too many stuffs to be completed. I wonder if its just our A wing andwhen will the builders actual take responsibilities of significantly delaying the work. I stay near by and its just pure excuses all the time from the owners . B and C wing will take 1 more year and no wonder you see people coming to office & complaining every day & asking for the return of the money. hope the builders takes a serious note or pay compensation for delaying the completing of building beyond date & kindly stop giving covid excuse for god sake and man up and accept your mistake for once
