Not many school focus on child overall development. I have seen Kilbil Admin staff and teachers focus on students development. They not only inculcate knowledge (syllabus) but also cultural and social values. They give significant importance to safety of students and ensure only known person collects the kid. Most importantly students name are known by Administrative staff and teachers. Feedback is implemented. They look forward to listen to parents suggestions and feedback. Also, I have observed that staff and teachers understand parents background, culture and are sensitive to their need. My son is learning and happy with Kilbil so I am happy. personalized feedback is given to students on their performance in class - with as small as handwriting, nails, hair, clothes.
