I was guided properly by the sales team and they give enough time to make me underastand about the feature of the laptop.

Worst after sales service.Staff dont have any technical knowledge.

The services provided by this ‘authorised hp center’ are not just frustrating but very annoying that can make you angry and upset. Gave my laptop for repair it was not booting up, they said we will do the diagnosis and call you within 2 hours. Didn’t recieve the call, when I called them they said next day ho jayega. Next day I called, still daigonis was not done. I visited the store to get my laptop back. Looking at a pile of laptops the guy in the store was like isme se kaunsa hai aapka laptop?’. Forget about data security your laptop is not safe in the first place. Ek chappal stand wale bhi token dete hai. Then he called and realised that the laptop is at some other place for daigonis. I said don’t do the daigonis just return my laptop. Despite of saying no they did the daigosis. After few days, after series of follow ups and ‘2-hours-me-call-karte-hai’ I got my laptop back after paying ₹350.
