Building looks nice but is not strong enough. The walls are mostly hollow at many places and the water leakage issue during rain is beyond control. A temporary fix is not the resolution as the paint in the flats looks bad. Sorry to say but I see the quality is fancy and has now deteriorated and if a proper fix is not implemented the situation will be worse.
