Very Bad experience with Golden Valley Projects. I have purchase a flat in Golden valley. Now we need some documents for home loan transfer. But no one is responding my queries. Builder Team members behavior is like that. once the flat is sold out then who are you? I know you In future I will not recommend anyone to about your services. Really It had very bad decision for me to buy this flat.

The design and architecture and the facilities they are providing is world-class.Its beautiful and high profile design and they are providing gym, swimming pool, basketball court, badminton court and car parking, 24/7 electricity, good maintenance, 24/7 water supply, good environment and all which makes world it class. and the good thing of this apartment is the hospitals are nearby so its good and its near to many important areas. So in my opinion if you are thinking to buy flat there then you should go for it.

Nice building structure and work on time. Currently work is stop due to corona.

Excellent project.. Affordable price flats with beautiful architure nd so many amenities in it.. Swiming pool, club house, children play area, garden, gym.. All requirements fulfilled in one place dat too with such affordable rates.. Home for every person who dream to buy a house.

Recently visited Golden van. Really amazing project. Amenities are grt. A grt place to settle down. MERA GHAR GOLDEN VAN MAIN HE HOGA. Thnx for the wonderful project. Never thought tht I can buy home at this affordable rates.

I am in love with the project. The floor plan and all the amenities it provides is so good that you dream to buy the house. The project is kinda in the interiror of Badlapur maybe around 4.5 km- 5kms away but then its worth it to give a thought on buying it. FYI- Dont forget to ask about the Fresh Water Supply Provisions

Worst management, never stick with their word, all they can do is give false commitment, not providing proper aminities like 24×7 water supply, no government water supply because answer from them is government se supply Nahi aa raha hai to hum kya kare, 7 machine se MSEB meter aa raha hai, no AC gym, no proper security.And if you dare to talk with management they will talk you rudely or they wont receive your call or else they will say talk to propriorprs but they dont provide address or contact number for them because even management doesnt have that details lol.Be careful before dealing with these people
