10 towers (7 & 8 storeys), ample car parking, a childrens park (not maintained), a gymnasium. This is all there as of now..!!it is in between Badlapur & Ambernath railway stations, travelling possible from both the sides.v

Nice but water problem

Problem of Municipal water supply. Builder is not cooperative and work as fraudulent and irresponsible. It is about to end of 2020. But housing society is lack of basic amenities.

Dont buy home here this builder is cheater whatever he had shown in booklet is false commitments there is no AMC water since 3years bore water is pathetic that also comes very limited... No road no street lights no club house ... He keeps changing temple view (2times already demolish temple giving bloody reasons) for 8building only 2 security guard for protection 😂......there no safety in this building or in premises..... If u want a peaceful life plz dont buy home here I m suffering done want others to suffer so...

Good plac. 5 km from Ambernath Station and 5.3 Km from Badlapur Station. Construction is good. Valuable price. Good atmosphere.
