Cheater, Fraud..Dont Buy Flat here. Build area is not Mentioned anywhere in Booking slip. So a huge difference between build area and Carpet area. If you Said them then they will say..Jo karna hai Kar lo. Cheater ..Fraud.

Only one word for builder - CHEATERS at the time of booking they said that the flat had build up area -565 sq feet and said there may be about 25-30% less in carpet area but at registration they had given only 350 ft carpet area and when we said that wanted to cancel the flat they dissagreed to refund the money about one Lacs. Toooooooooooo disappointed @Chintamani_Group
