New Town is good for living families

Good view and nice accommodation for local working people.

Not recommended. The apartments are really small and appear more like rooms in a hotel or a hostel. Amenities are poor. I can imagine what will happen as the property ages. The apartments are furnished -- so, you can move in without having to buy anything else (but in case you have your own furniture already, you wouldnt know what to do with it) and good location.

Worst experience ever with Gupta Property Developers. You will end with making unlimited number of non responded calls to their stakeholders regarding rent or any support needed from their end. And while you have plans to buy their property, these people will be as sugar coated as no one and made you irritated with their calls requesting for payments however when you would request the same in terms of rent as per agreement, they dont even entertain you and your calls. Unfortunate decision to buy flat here.

Worst Experience with New Town ,No Electricity Backup, no Management, They dont have the electricity backup for the residents, there are regular problems in water supply and other issues, and whenever we calls to the management everytime they have their own fake reasons to every problem, I suggest all to never buy or rent any properties in new town, and prevent yourself from being cheated by the fraud management of New Town
