Worst customer service and delayed deliveries. Dont put your costly items at risk.

Very unprofessional service,delivery manager does not take calls,status of my packet not certain that by when will i receive,its been 7 hours since i was informed that my packet is out for delivery,not received till 5:40pm

Very Pathetic Services.Non of their employee pick phone.they just test your patience.no proper status update of shipments.does not know when it will be delivered.online status does not match with actual status.i think this company even does not own their own fleet and premises.my shipment was dispatched form Pune for Mohali as was confirmed to be delivered on 14th but today in spite of making to their Mohali Hub From Ambala they had delivered the shipment to their Panchkula Hub. now it will take another one day from Panchkula for transfer of Shipment to Mohali and the day after tomorrow this might be delivered to us. job of few hours in few day. customer care number of no use.google should also start negative rating star also.
